Abstract

La invención se relaciona con aditivos para alimento animal que comprenden dipéptido o sales de los mismos, en donde el residuo de aminoácido del dipéptido es un residuo DL metionil y el otro residuo de aminoácido del dipéptido es un aminoácido en la configuración L seleccionado del grupo lisina, treonina, triptofan, histidina, valina, leucina, histidina, isoleucina, fenilalanina, arginina, cisteína y cistina. La invención además se relaciona con mezclas de alimento animal que comprenden los aditivos y a un método para producir el dipéptido.
