Abstract
La presente invención provee un producto alimenticio substancialmente libre de proteínas el cual puede ser batido, con mejores características de estabilidad sin cambio perceptible en las características organolépticas. El producto incluye grasa de triglicéridos, uno o más azúcares, un componente emulsificante, un componente del almidón que incluye uno o más almidones de NOSA y uno o más almidones hidrofílicos, y opcionalmente un componente ácido. Este producto se puede almacenar congelado o a la temperatura ambiente por periodos de tiempo prolongados y se puede también batir y exhibir a la temperatura ambiente.
