Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una combinación reemplazante de la grasa para la sustitución total o parcial de la grasa en productos alimenticios, que comprende: (a) un reemplazo de la grasa basado en carbohidratos; (b) uno o más emulsionantes y (c) uno o más estabilizadores.
