Abstract

Invenţia se referă la dispozitive şi procedee de degazare a metalului topit.Dispozitivul de degazare a metalului topit, conform primei variante, conţine o cameră pentru amplasarea unui recipient cu metal topit şi un strat de zgură deasupra acestuia, o instalaţie de pompare de evacuare pentru formarea depresiunii în cameră, un senzor pentru emiterea unui semnal de indicare a nivelului suprafeţei zgurii, şi mijloace de control prin semnal a vitezei de creare a depresiunii în cameră pentru a opri revărsarea zgurii din recipient.Procedeul de degazare a metalului topit, conform primei variante, include etapele de amplasare într-o cameră a unui recipient cu metal topit şi un strat de zgură deasupra acestuia, de creare a depresiunii în cameră, de recepţionare de la un senzor a unui semnal care indică nivelul suprafeţei zgurii, şi de utilizare a semnalului pentru a controla viteza de creare a depresiunii în cameră pentru oprirea revărsării zgurii din recipient.
