Abstract
Inventia se refera la dispozitive si procedee de degazare a metalului topit. Dispozitivul de degazare a metalului topit, conform primei variante, contine o camera pentru amplasarea unui recipient cu metal topit si un strat de zgura deasupra acestuia, o instalatie de pompare de evacuare pentru formarea depresiunii in camera, un senzor pentru emiterea unui semnal de indicare a nivelului suprafetei zgurii, si mijloace de control prin semnal a vitezei de creare a depresiunii in camera pentru a opri revarsarea zgurii din recipient. Procedeul de degazare a metalului topit, conform primei variante, include etapele de amplasare intr-o camera a unui recipient cu metal topit si un strat de zgura deasupra acestuia, de creare a depresiunii in camera, de receptionare de la un senzor a unui semnal care indica nivelul suprafetei zgurii, si de utilizare a semnalului pentru a controla viteza de creare a depresiunii in camera pentru oprirea revarsarii zgurii din recipient.
