I purchased and installed this software on July 25, 2026, to monitor my son. After installation, I learned that the target device strictly requires "rooting" for the software to function properly. There was no clear notice disclosing this critical requirement before purchase. When support claimed it was mentioned, I looked closely and found an extremely faint, tiny asterisk—so small that it is barely visible even on a large monitor. This alone demonstrates the company's bad-faith intentions. Do NOT trust them, and do not allow sensitive personal information to be uploaded to this platform.

As soon as I realized the situation, I requested a full refund within 1 hour of purchase. However, they replied via email offering only an arbitrary 30% partial refund. I rejected this offer immediately; I cancelled right away, which is my fundamental consumer right.

I then posted a review on Trustpilot detailing my experience. Shortly after, they contacted me, acknowledged their support failure, and explicitly offered a 100% full refund if I deleted my Trustpilot review. I accepted their proposal, deleted my review immediately, and notified them by email on the very same day.

Despite sending acceptance confirmation emails from multiple email accounts to all of their support and review addresses, they acted as if my messages were never delivered. They repeatedly sent automated "final warning" emails claiming "no response received." I replied to every single message, yet they still refuse to process my refund.

This company acts dishonestly—do not lose your money, and do not entrust your private and sensitive data to them. I have been working as a teacher for 23 years, and I will continue to expose these practices across all educational networks and online platforms. Please support this message, and let us not allow bad actors to take advantage of consumers.

I started using XNSPY because I wanted to have a better understanding of how my daughter was using her phone. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing I can stay aware of her online activity and make sure she is using her device responsibly.

This app makes it easy to keep track of Instagram messages, shared media, and usage activity through a clean, well-organized dashboard. Initial setup does require physical access to the device, and there can be slight syncing delays during periods of heavy activity. Even so, the tracking remains accurate and dependable. If your main goal is monitoring Instagram interactions, it’s a reliable and straightforward choice.

Customer service is horrible. Responded after one email and then didn't reply back even after confirming I wanted a refund. I followed all the directions and it never worked properly. None of the phone information was up to date.

I opted for this app after comparing the few options to keep an eye on my kid's phone activities, specifically for call tracking and location history. On the performance side, the data logs are quite accurate, and the dashboard as expected once it syncs. Xnspy can be helpful in many instances, tracking calls, location, and messages. However, it can be overwhelming at times. I don’t have any issue with the monitoring data it tracks. They can add more features and improve the interface. Other than that, i dn’t think anything bothers me.

XNSPY owes $563.80 to our company as affiliate commission. Despite several follow-ups through email and live chats you have not released our payment.

The app itself does okay. Texts come through, GPS updates eventually, and call logs are clean enough. But when something breaks, and it will, getting help is painfully slow. Four days for a response is too long when you're paying a premium subscription. Features are fine, the backup behind them needs work.

The monitoring features work well and setup was fairly simple, but the interface feels outdated and occasional syncing delays are frustrating. It’s useful, though there’s definitely room for improvement.

Naturally, I contacted support. And do you know what explanation I received? Poor mobile signal. That’s right. Apparently, hundreds of thousands of apps function perfectly under various network conditions — but this one exists in its own fragile ecosystem. Not their fault, of course.

After that, support chose the more efficient strategy: complete silence. No answers. No refund. No service.

Perhaps in the parallel reality these guys came from, it’s perfectly normal to wipe your feet on paying customers and call it business.

I used the app for determining phone logs. Needs Some improvements in call recording and also delay in syncing.

Priced competitively, which is nice, but you get what you pay for. The good features are really good, the bad ones are pretty bad. Overall, it balances out to somewhere in the middle territory.

The application has performed better for my lovely daughter. She travels frequently, and I need to check where she is when I'm in between tasks. I'm usually busy, and sometimes I don't get a chance to call her back. I use the application to track her exact location, which gives me peace of mind. The app did have some issues at the start - data wouldn't load properly, and the call recording feature didn't work.

There are some strong features in XNSPY, particularly the monitoring options, but installation and performance could be better. It works, but requires patience at times. An average experience overall.
