Wouldn't call it a scam
Saw a few reviews calling this a scam so I was cautious. Did my research, deposited a small amount first to test it. Everything went fine. Then did a bigger withdrawal and it came through in 2 days. Sometimes people just have bad luck or didn't meet requirements and blame the site. My experience has been grand.

Alright but not perfect
Look, it's a fine site. Nothing majorly wrong but I had to wait 3 days for my withdrawal once. Support said it was a routine check. Fair enough i suppose, just a bit slow. Would give 4 stars if that doesn't happen again.

Signed up last month. Honestly thought there'd be more hassle with verification but they approved my documents same day I sent them. Placed a few bets on the Champions League, won a bit, withdrew no problem. Not sure what the reviews negative are about, maybe they had older experiences

Signed up on vivatbet.ie back in early November, deposited one hundred twenty euros to have a go at some slots. Got a welcome bonus that looked decent on the surface, but the wagering requirements were absolutely mental, like you'd need to play through the bonus amount about forty times before touching any of it. I managed to build up around two hundred euros after a few weeks, requested a withdrawal in mid-November, and that's when things went sideways. They asked me to verify my documents, so I uploaded my ID and a utility bill. Two weeks passed with no update, then they came back asking for a bank statement from the last three months. Fair enough, I sent it. But after another ten days, support told me they needed a screenshot of my payment method too. By that point I'd already asked three times if there was anything else missing, and each time got different answers. It's been nearly a month now and my withdrawal's still sitting in pending status. The support team replies within a day usually, which is something I guess, but they seem to just be stringing it along instead of actually processing things.

People online saying its a scam but I've had zero problems. Withdrew € 200 last week no issues. Think some people just don't read the terms and then blame the bookmaker

Was a bit nervous making my first withdrawal tbh. Submitted the request on Monday evening and it landed in my bank Tuesday afternoon. That's pretty decent by any standard. Might try a bigger withdrawal next time to se how that goes.

Do not use only one chat person won’t do anything for you
Very poor site the only person you can speak with is Kevin . Might as well be talking to yourself . I opened up my account yesterday deposited 100 euros then I couldn’t log back in surprisingly enough. I was told to reset my password via email to be also told I couldn’t receive email from them as I’m using a Gmail email . I’ve asked for my money to be sent back to me but nothing done since yesterday although the money is still in my account according to there chat employee I’ve tried to reset my password via mobile number and again can’t do this . I am starting to worry about this company all I want is my money to be refunded.
