They placed a limit on my account without informing me, after they saw that I was winning. They violated my freedom and treated me as though I were not a responsible person. What is even worse is that they accessed my account and imposed a weekly limit of €450 without consulting me. How can this be considered acceptable? Isn’t this a clear violation of my rights, especially since I was never consulted?

Wont pay out after confirming terms of the bet AVOID at all costs!
Placed a bet on the final of the world cup, It was called a match bet so wanted to confirm that regardless of 90 mins extra time, or penalties it would pay out. Spain won and the bet was listed as a loss as they claim it was only for 90 mins. I have two chat transcripts confirming the bet covered the entire game. I raised this on the chat and was rudely told this was the decision and now the chat no longer works. Dont want to pay out even when i have proof from their own team as to the terms of the bet. Steer clear and use reputable companies.

Poor selection of games
Poor selection of games. I am new to this site, but as an avid slot player, there is a lack of the bigger and better slot games out there. Also the minimum wager of £20 doesn't sit well with me. The jury's still out. Only thing they could do for me is give me a really large payout for my next £20 deposit, if I return. Its a site to be aware of, i dont feel like the average slot player will reap any returns. I had a £200 limit which I used over 3 days and nothing 😪
