Prior to this, multiple withdrawals had been approved and paid on your account without issue, including a significant withdrawal the previous day, which demonstrates that paying out winnings was never a problem.

The withdrawals in question were cancelled from your side while the funds were still available to you. We understand how frustrating that is to look back on, but it was not the result of any delay or action on our part.

These terms are displayed on the offer itself and in the bonus terms and conditions before the bonus is accepted. In this case, the bonus had a maximum win of £300, which is why your balance was adjusted to that amount once wagering was complete, this wasn't winnings being "taken," but the cap being applied as per the terms you agreed to.

It's also worth noting that on the day in question, you completed the wagering, released your funds, and successfully withdrew an amount several times greater than your total deposits that day, a genuinely profitable session, which we're glad worked out in your favour.

On your other points: all of our games are independently tested and RNG-certified, so outcomes are entirely random regardless of whether you're playing with bonus or real funds. Withdrawals are subject to a standard processing window as part of our security and verification checks, which is common across licensed operators.
