The parcel was picked up by the customer on the 22nd, with a reimbursement from our side, because of a slow delivery from both PostNL and GLS.

Update to my reply and to your review.
I'll do a recap of the whole order:
27/5 @ 20.43 you placed your order.
28/5 @ 10.36 your order was shipped with PostNL Express to be directed to be handed over once in Sweden to PostNord.
11/6 @ 14.49 we receive a 1 star review from you saying that you haven't received your parcel
11/6 @ 16.19 your order is reshipped from our warehouse in the NL with GLS.
12/6 @ 13.52 we receive an update to your 1 star review.
Please keep in mind that an order seen from a business perspective is completed when it is shipped, as a company in this case us cannot control what happens at the carrier. However if something goes wrong we will handle it to the best of our knowledge.
With the timeframe recapped, i will say I didn't resend your tracking for the new shipment, thus you didn't know it was reshipped, this obviously i should have.
Again i apologize for PostNL loosing your first parcel, and as in all cases where something goes wrong i will take a deeper look into what can be improved.

I have not yet received my tablets and the nl tracking says that my package is to be picked up at a pick up place?!?But it’s supposed to be delivered to my house. It doesn’t even say which pick up place it should be collected from. So I then just choose a random pick up place to visit!!Crap delivery firm

Ditt paket har försökt levereras till ditt hem, d. 9/12 kl 12.27, men då du inte var hemma har paketet överlämnats till ombud. Ett brev har då skickats till dig med information om var du kan hämta ut paketet.
(Jag kommer att skriva ett mejl med information om var du kan hämta ut ditt paket.)
Innan dess har du fått besked av oss om försändelsen med spårningsnummer den 4/12, dessutom borde PostNord även ha skickat ett mail till dig den 8/12.
Jag vill bara säga att när du använder PostNord kan du använda deras app med fördel, här kommer du snabbt att uppdateras med relevant information, så att du inte behöver vänta på ett brev från dem.

I never received my order.I got emails…
I never received my order.I got emails said it would be delivered soon but never arrived at my home address. Its now a week have not got my purchases very disappointed looking for refund.

Thank you for your review, positive and negative reviews are carefully read and we always look int what can be done better.
First of all we apologise for the delayed handling of your parcel in Ireland, I can imagine that they’ve been extra busy due to Black Friday. I know that most carriers going out of The Netherlands have had fairly large delays.
And yes this should have been noted on the website, which we’ll take into consideration in the future!
Just to recap, your order was made on the 21st of November at 21.36, it was shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands on the Friday 22nd @ 12.02 and forwarded to the Irish Postal service on Monday the 25th 16.07, from here it haven’t moved, so i believe as mentioned AnPost have fallen behind with forwarding their orders.
However i have started an investigation with PostNL, and i’m hoping to have an answer soon.
Rest assured you parcel is on the way to you, but because of Black Friday delays we need to give it a few more days an i’ll monitor it closely. If the parcel have not moved by Wednesday, i’ll either refund the order or if you’d like i can send it again with GLS or FedEx which in general is much faster.
I’ll keep you updated as soon as i know more.
