Very friendly service, and overall great customer care, extremely happy with with my experience! Very informative with additional services etc and they couldn’t do more for you. Ben who I dealt with when viewing and buying my vehicle made it a very easy experience as well as giving helpful insight to truly make sure the car was right for my needs. All the other staff were also friendly and very willing to help.

Land Rover Taunton
Land Rover Taunton - John, Harriet and General Manager Paul all made us feel very comfortable at this dealership they were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all like the usual ‘sales people’ you find at most dealerships. We were given all the time we needed without being rushed, in fact we spent several hours there, and never felt under any pressure to buy. As a result of the way we were treated by all the terrific staff, we did buy a vehicle and even enjoyed spending more than I intended to! 😀 Great dealership with great staff, well done to all of them.

From start to finish the whole experience inc most importantly to us the communication was streamlined & effortless, we change our car every 3 years & we dread the process as usually something somewhere goes wrong but on this occasion it all went super smooth, so much so that my wife & mother felt comfortable picking up the new car without me being present as they felt it was a really good dealer experience, so THANK YOU to Sam & the rest of the dealer team! I'l be looking for a small car for my 17yr old son in next couple of months after he passes & i won't hesitate in returning back to Vertu Honda Derby without a doubt!
