GREAT PRODUCT AND EASY RETURN

OMG I AM SO SORRY! I WAS WRONG! Return is not at cost of client. EVERYTHING IS GREAT. SUPER PRODUCT, I KEPT ONE had to return the other since it was too big. THANK YOU AGAIN, I will def. purchase more as needed from this company!

The bikepack looks amazing and it is…

The bikepack looks amazing and it is thermally insulated which is rather important for groceries. The fact that we got free gifts as 2 metallic locks for the bikepack's security is amazing! We would love to buy again.

Nice looking, sturdy 3in1

Nice looking, sturdy 3in1 bike bag. Certainly what I had in mind.
Timely delivery.
The backpack straps were supposed to be having metal carabiners (acc to the website, and the little "manual" included), but they do not. They have the same plastic clips like the other "connectors" (shoulderstrap, closure on top)

Wrong product received

Instead of going the decathlon route or other I decided to buy directly from the company website.

Instead of the bicycle bag arriving via DHL, a small package arrived with a vitamin/medical bottle of sorts. On the box the dhl tracking number etc all matches the tracking information I received from the company and DHL, but obviously the wrong package.

Ive log a query twice on the website but I receive no confirmation email of that query.

Right now I have a pill bottle I don’t need, a bag I don’t have and which I paid for, and unsure how to reach the company.

From reviews the products of the company look legit, but I won’t not order directly from them.

Fantastic product, well done!!!!!!!

Received the Valkental Three-In-One bag, used it extensively, and very very very happy with my purchase: quality materials, spacious, very easy to convert from bike bag to shoulder bag to rucksack, very comfortable to wear on the back. For me, this is the ultimate bike bag for daily use! Fantastic product, well done!!!!!!!
