Not one viable lead since signing on early this year. They promised that all the leads are fully vetted and prepared to move forward before sending to me. Yet the leads either don't answer the phone, or they don't know anything about why I am calling.
Just signed up and everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Tara helped get my initial startup fees lowered so I could afford to get started.
I signed this agreement and PAID in full on August 18th. I have YET to receive a lead, or have anyone from USHUD call me or email to discuss anything, or an explanation of how to obtain leads. I did have Michael from Livewirebuyers(?) call to set up a website, but no help in getting lead or what to expect for the 12 to 15 leads a month I should expect. What did I pay for?

I just started using USHUD and the customer service has been spot on. Can't wait to see the results they are going to provide.
The whole onboarding process has been so stressfree and not time consuming at all! Everything has been explained very well.
Do not give these people your credit card information. They make it impossible to cancel and the leads are worthless. I did not get a single lead in my area and they took almost $2,000 from me. They never answer their calls and made it impossible to cancel. Please do not trust this company. It is such a waste of time and money.

Timely interaction with staff with their onboarding. Reasonably priced and professional .

Charging your account for something I did not order is called unauthorized billing, cramming, or deceptive/fraudulent charges. THIS PRODUCT IS TRASH, AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND; INSTEAD, YOU KEEP BILLING ME! I RATE YOU MINUS 10, AND I WILL ADD THIS DECEPTIVE TREATMENT TO EVERY SITE ALLOWED!

This company is 100% a Fraud and makes promises of providing 10 to 15 leads/mo that were different than the past. Unfortunately, just a few very unqualified people seeking help were provided which is what they said was prescreened out upon my re-association with this company. I had a horrible experience with this company before and it hasn't changed. Adding to this, a customer service rep named confirmed to me that all my memberships were cancelled and I would not be charged any additional fee. I have it in an email from her. Today, My card was charged another $269.00 for some platinum membership fee they said was free with their service, and I was charged this fee out of nowhere with no prior disclosure at all.
Stay away from this company if you value your money, they are a FRAUD and I will report their practices to the BBB as well.

Everything was just fine until...
With no prior notice or explanation, I was emailed a contract to sign which would have signed me up for an additional 90 days that I would not be able to cancel. There was no clear details included about how much I would be charged. I have not even received my first lead and they are already pushing more 90 more days with the offer of a website. Feels really slimy.

I enrolled in the USHUD Cooperative after being told I could expect 15–18 quality leads per month in my market. Over more than three months, I received only seven leads, many of which were either unqualified, seeking services unrelated to real estate, or confused about why I was contacting them. I raised my concerns with management, gave the program additional time after my account was extended, and unfortunately saw no improvement. My experience did not match what was represented during the sales process, and I was disappointed with both the lead volume and overall quality.

Just started and so far it has been a smooth onboarding and the structure and professionalism in everyone and the system and set up. Looking forward to much success.
