Tuttio is a decent brand it is high quality and durable, ive got the ict and man it is hands down 1 of the best 20x4's out there , unfortunately ive been having issues with a order from them where i purchased axle nuts. No problem at all i emailed them a month later asking for an update turns out they were lost so they shipped out 2 more a month later they still havent got here its been 2 months since i ordered these and i messesged them. they are good on customer service theyve been cooporating with me to make sure i get my parts. Overall i would recommend them to people , i even ordered a motor and that came ontime so i wouldnt worry about it being sketchy.

Great product and great customer service
I received my bike, watched the video on unboxing and assembly. I was immediately impressed with the packaging. While assembling everything fit as it should. Looking at the quality of welds and manufacturing also impressed me. I had a question and my customer service representative “Joy” got right back to me with the answer. So far I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Tuttio Experience
I love riding my Tuttio. Customer service does respond quickly when issues come up. The warranty is still costly often times 50% off parts told to be "shipping fees". Otherwise great bike, really enjoy it.

We couldn’t be happier with the Tuttio…
We couldn’t be happier with the Tuttio ARC-1! It has been an awesome bike for my 8 year old son. It’s well-built, starts reliably, and has plenty of power while still being manageable for a young rider.
The suspension handles bumps well, the controls are easy to use, and the overall quality has exceeded our expectations for the price.
If you’re looking for a fun, dependable bike for a younger rider, I would definitely recommend the Tuttio ARC-1. It has given my son countless hours of enjoyment, and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy one again.

Tuttio has great customer service
Tuttio has great customer service! When my bikes front motor stopped working they ended up replacing the part by giving me a whole new motor controller and also gave an easy to understand instruction video.

We recently experienced a…battery issue
We recently experienced a battery/computer issue with our bike (purchased approximately 1 year ago). I communicated with Joy through email to resolve the issue by providing photos and videos of our bike. They were able to diagnose and resolve to our satisfaction. My son LOVES his Tuttio ICT and we are looking forward to him being back on the road very soon!!
