We recently experienced a…battery issue
We recently experienced a battery/computer issue with our bike (purchased approximately 1 year ago). I communicated with Joy through email to resolve the issue by providing photos and videos of our bike. They were able to diagnose and resolve to our satisfaction. My son LOVES his Tuttio ICT and we are looking forward to him being back on the road very soon!!
