Das Packet Technik Museum Sinsheim und Hotel Plaza Inn war prima da gibt es nichts zu nörgeln wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Prima hotel met alle basis faciliteiten. Movie park is op 19/20 min afstand. Je zit vlakbij supermarkt en fastfoodketens.

Everything was as described and shown in the original conditions. The hotel was great, and the park was an amazing experience. I am absolutely satisfied with the whole experience.

The only thing I would suggest adding in the future would be some kind of luggage storage option after the second night at the hotel. The package I purchased included three days of tickets to Playmobil FunPark and two nights at the hotel. For families traveling by train, it is very difficult to enjoy the third day at the park after checking out of the hotel, especially when you need to catch a train back home. In our case, we actually had to give up the third day of our park passes in order to catch our train.

Perhaps offering a luggage storage facility or another solution for families in this situation would make the experience even better in the future.

Otherwise, it was an amazing experience, and we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was pretty near to the park, about 25 minutes drive. Very clean and neat rooms, nice breakfast, would definitely recommend and go back myself.

It’s a beautiful place for children, but unfortunately, the rooms are quite uncomfortable. The mattress was uncomfortable, and there was no air conditioning.

We booked a hotel and park tickets to a theme park. Everything with the park tickets was fine. But we had booked a hotel with continental breakfast and said breakfast was not being provided by the hotel. To this day we have received no assistance or compensation from our booking agent.

Very very upsetting. I booked a combi ticket and ended up paying 150 euros extra (total 350 only) and ticket was wrong. I emailed multiple times and spoke to customer care couple of times. They said they can’t refund and also sent wrong ticket couple of times. Highly disappointed.

Better to book directly instead of going through them. Feel looted

Most lousy helpdesk ever experienced. They literally do almost nothing to help you with a problem caused by them or their partner.
Anders geven say nothing or need to be checken by superior who do not respond at all..

Everything was great! The hotel was close to the center in car and we had a nice stay, breakfast was succulent.
The activities included was a very long list and we tried do to as much as possible, I would say that 48h was enough to visit the city with the activities.

Booking was easy. The hotel was ok and location was ideal. Just 15min ride from the park.
Breakfast was ok, not the great buffet but all food was fresh.

Booked to see Paddington The Musical, along with a hotel via Travel Circus. Totally pain free, great seats , hotel was good, no stress over the itinerary as travelcircus had it all laid out for us.

Will definitely be using them again!

The support center was prompt and they resolved the misunderstanding in the reservation. Thank you. The experience was great.

Absolutely fantastic. The take over night was so special and am so glad I choose it. Wish we could do it again next year but it seems to have jumped up in price.

No goodwill

Our credit note has been expired for two weeks, but they show no goodwill to accept it. Legally they are right, but it isn't any sort of customer friendly.

Das Walt Disney Studio Takeover war ein Hit.
Die Organisation im Newport Bay Hotel war ebenfalls nicht zu bemängeln.
Leider gab es beim Takeover Event keine Fotografen für die Meet & Greets.
Ansonsten - alles TOP. Klare Empfehlung.
