Our credit note has been expired for two weeks, but they show no goodwill to accept it. Legally they are right, but it isn't any sort of customer friendly.

Ein nur zwei Wochen abgelaufener Gutschein von 100€ ist nun leider wertlos. Klar ist man selbst Schuld und auch klar ist, dass die Badewelt im Recht ist. Kundenbindung sieht allerdings anders aus.
