Easy and quick to upload photos and the AI function to write a description. Also very good to get the money earlier when you're a good seller!

You get scammed and people use this site to hack your bank account.

My account was deactivated without any warning or explanation, even though I only sold authentic items. Instead of contacting me or asking for proof of authenticity, Tise simply disabled my account.

To make things worse, customer support is extremely slow. Some messages take a very long time to get a response, and some I’ve sent months ago have never been answered.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected better communication and fair treatment from a marketplace like Tise.

Paid for buyer protection, got sold a fake, reported it over a month ago and didn’t get a response. An absolute scam.

1/5 stars because they made the new update incompatible with my huawei p30 pro and i can't use it anymore

Very nice app, one of the best secondhand platforms, but it took me 2 weeks to get a respond from customer service regarding a refund.

Terrible app and website design.
I spent an ungodly amount of time to create an account because the app gave "unknown error" and the website was completely irresponsive when trying to login with apple and facebook.
After creating an account, I was banned shortly after, but no explanation was given and I didn't even recieve an email about it.
Ebay wasted 100 milion dollars buying this piece of trash

Pretty badly designed app and very high share of flaky/suss users. Despite being forced to pay a “Safe transaction” fee, Tise has no viable way of sorting disputes. If you get screwed over you’re basically just told to try to sort it yourself. Then what is that fee for? Actually a quite mediocre platform that somehow stumbled across a large user group

Tise har vært bra en stund da jeg ikke hadde problemer. Beskyttelsesgebyret når jeg kjøper en vare er 35 kr, så de tjener mye penger. Likevel kjøpte jeg en vare nå som er mye skadet og altfor liten. Jeg har rapportert det, men ingen har svart meg, og det har allerede gått 5 dager. AI-boten spør stadig om det er løst og hva jeg vil gjøre. Jeg fulgte alle instruksjonene og vil ha refusjon. Det har vært forferdelig nå som det er et problem. FINN er mye bedre, siden de holder tilbake betalingen, men Tise ser ikke ut til å ha kontroll på dette området, selv om de tar betalt for det. Jeg kommer ikke til å kjøpe på appen igjen, siden det ikke er noen beskyttelse der.

Tise has been good for a while when I had no problems. The protection fee when I buy an item is 35 kr, so they make a lot of money and should have better customer service. I bought an item now that is badly damaged and far too small, the listing was false advertising. I have reported it, but no one has answered me, and it has already been 5 days. The AI ​​bot keeps asking if it is fixed and what I want to do which I have already reported to them various times. I followed all the instructions and want a refund. It has been terrible to get hold of someone now that there is a problem. FINN is much better, as they hold the payment if there is a problem, but Tise does not seem to have control in this area, even though they charge for it. I will not buy on the app again, as there is no protection there. Can only hope at some point they will get back to me.

My account has been suspended after I reported a counterfeit item I purchased on the platform. Since then, I have been unable to access my account or continue the case.

I have tried to contact support multiple times, but I have not received any response. This is very frustrating, as I acted in good faith by reporting a fake product and now cannot resolve the issue.

I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to both my account suspension and the reported case.
