Sellpy is my favourite place to find everything I need for my kids and I am obsessed with their service. It is super easy and awesome to send in your things and watch them get sold, every time something gets sold it feels super nice 🛍️ ❤️

As a buyer - very convenient. It is very rare to be able to return thrifted clothes, which adds a great convenience.
As a seller - horrible. I sent the entire bag of clothes, some of them are considered "unsellable" even though the condition is good, but okay. But the advertising fee? The site already takes 60% of the price! What's that for then? In the end my clothes sold for total 50 eur, I get zero. Next time just gonna bring it to the charity store- same result

One of the shoe had a defective part and I only got the options to either return it or get a 10% discount. I chose the discount but it definitely didn’t cover the amount it then cost to have it fixed.

Always a good experience. And not so bad for the planet!

I am a big fan of Sellpy. The description of the clothes is quite accurate and reliable. They are fast and the customer service is also user friendly.

There is a big variety of products for people from all walks of life.
Recycling is beneficial for the planet.
I would mention that the company behind Selppy makes a lot of money from the sales. The people saling on Selppy are not really getting much money back after the % and processing fees are didacted from the sale.

Sellpy is charging premium outlet prices for items that arrive heavily used and abused. They technically filter out holes and big stains, but they still label worn-out clothes as "good condition" and overcharge for them. Buying is a total guessing game because their descriptions skip important details, and they refuse to provide garment measurements despite wildly inconsistent brand sizing.When you have to send these items back, Sellpy shifts the blame entirely onto you. They flag your account with a "High" return rate warning and literally weaponize CO2 emissions to make you feel guilty for their mistakes. To make matters worse, real support doesn't exist. You are trapped dealing with a useless chatbot restricted to pre-approved topics, and if you have a legitimate claim, the wait times are incredibly long

You need to be patient but it’s an easy way to sell and buy your clothes.
The service is great they answer your questions promptly and even stay nice when you continue to ask the same questions 😂 eventually you will sell your stuff but again it takes patience.

Very bad platform. Got 2 different packages and problems with both. They take forever to treat your reclamation and you can only text with an AI bot. Considering they take such a high fee from their sellers, they should do so much better!
