I honestly expected more. The way the preschool busy book is advertised is completely different to the actual product itself.

1.) the Velcro dots cover up images and numbers meaning you have to put them in corners making it harder to remove and easier to destroy.

2.) this comes with markers however there is nothing within the book that requires markers.

3.) because of the way the items are packaged (in a bag rather than a box as advertised) the pop outs came bent up.

4.) in the dinosaur section it names Pterosaur which is not classified as a dinosaur but a flying reptile making this incorrect to be teaching a child.

4.) the weather section is odd. A rainbow is not weather it is a phenomena caused by weather making this incorrect information. This section also states to match corresponding items to the weather - umbrella (the image is of a deceased umbrella which is inappropriate), a fan, an ice cream, a scarf, a house (the imagery is actually of a castle which I feel could be confusing for a child but also what does a house have to do with weather).

5.) there is some repetitiveness throughout the book.

6.) where is the tracing that is advertised to be part of the book there’s isn’t a single tracing page. It also is advertised as being double sided activities which it is not.

7.) the quality is poor, it is flimsy and easily bent which doesn’t go well with younger children.

8.) the image quality is ridiculous for an educational product that is being payed for.

9.) the amount of time is takes to pop all the cards out and stick all of the Velcro dots I just don’t feel is worth it (I’ll add that there is a video of the item coming with everything already popped out and in separate bags which would be great to avoid such a tedious task)

Overall, while the concept is wonderful and could really be amazing, it just has not been executed properly making the product look cheap and poorly made. I would happily pay more for a product that was good quality rather than pay what I did for something I could have made. You have an amazing concept so it was disappointing.

The communication between Tibatoes and myself was good. It was clear when items were shipped and would be delivered. The product (goggles) were as shown in the ads, and are easy to tighten. I don't think they are a universal fit, and are a little large for my petite 6 year olds face. But they fit nicely for my 6 year old. They are a good product for messing around at the pool, but wouldn't be terrific for actual speed swimming.

The goggles were working great for all of 2 weeks until the clasp broke. If they can’t last two weeks without breaking, let alone a whole summer then the product needs to improve to be kid proof.

NOT US SHIPPING. DO NOT ORDER. The product itself I don’t know because I have not received it. The shipping is from
India or China who knows so it takes 2-4 weeks to even ship out and often complications causing return with NO REASON. I recommend buying in person from a store in the USA.

We bought 2 pair of swim masks for our granddaughters. They were easy to adjust and fit both very well. The earplugs and nose pieces were more exciting to the younger swimmer who still holds her nose when swimming. The older swimmer did not use either accessory. The kids lived the mask style over the goggles they had because of comfort. We are very pleased with the product.

My order took over a month to receive. I purchased adult goggles and they were way too small and the small ones the water goes inside my daughter cannot swim. And I’m having trouble doing a return.

We haven't used them in the water yet, but they look like they're going to be great.
I didn't give 5 stars because they're pretty small and I guess I expected them bigger . They fit my kids rn but I can tell they're going to be a one summer use. I do plan on buying the adult size ones.

False advertising at its finest.

These are simply not the premium product they’re advertised to be. What arrives is a substandard imitation, and when customers raise concerns they’re left with two choices: accept a partial refund for a faulty product or pay to return it internationally at their own expense.

It certainly gives the impression that either full-price customers receive a different standard of product, or that the “discount” is simply a way of offloading inferior stock.

Either way, it’s incredibly disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for misleading advertising and poor quality control.

Tibatoes has been a wonderful brand to work with, very helpful, very responsive, and just overall great experience so far. I also love the quality of their goggles!

Goggles are defective and when asking for the total refund, they make you responsible of the return shipping costs. Will never buy again.

I am pretty annoyed and wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time and money on these busy books. I’m thankful I didn’t fall for the additional upsell when a discount code was pushed on me. Literally forced on me!

As a working mom who regularly works 60+ hours a week, I was incredibly frustrated to open the package and realize I had to peel and attach Velcro to every single piece before my child could even use it. That kind of assembly should be clearly disclosed before purchase. Instead of receiving a ready-to-use product, I ended up with another time-consuming task that I simply didn’t have time for. Overall, this purchase was disappointing and not worth the cost.

Awesome costumer service and products are amazing! Love the pool googles. I ordered them first for the kids and now I even ordered a pair for husband and me.

Well, I was a little dubious about ordering from this company, with some of the reviews I’ve read, but I thought I would try it as I really did want these goggles for my children. What an amazing experience, one of the fastest response for customer service emails I’ve ever had, literally within a couple of hours, and every email was responded to so quickly, with plenty of information and professional communication. Yes, I do think their delivery terms need updating a little on their website, because it is longer than the 5 to 8 days than they do advertise, but I did received my item in 9 working days(14 normal days) which I think some people don’t take into consideration. So i was very happy. Also, the tracking literally doesn’t update until the item is in your country and gets to the last courier stage, which maybe I think would help if they just made that clear first, because you think your item hasn’t been shipped for well over a week, when it actually has.. so I think just a couple of tweaks in information would help minimise the slight disappointment that people have. The products are perfect, just as advertised, great quality, and can’t wait to use them with my children on our holiday. Would definitely buy from this company again.
