I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding order 16000058763, placed on June 19, 2026.
To this day, July 16, 2026, I have still not received my order (a pair of shoes). Furthermore, I have already contacted your after-sales service four times, and I have received absolutely no response from your team. This total lack of communication and delay is completely unacceptable.
Given the circumstances, I no longer wish to wait for the delivery. I am requesting a full and immediate refund of my order to my original method of payment.
Please confirm that my refund has been processed within the next 48 hours. If I do not receive a response, I will be forced to escalate this matter and dispute the charge with my bank.
