BAD SERVICE!

Ordered a clothes which were needed quickly. Paid to have them delivered within 1-2 days and opted to collect from Ombud 5 minutes away from me. Had a message today to say to say the package was delivered to a different Ombud 45 MINUTES drive from me!!!!? Never ordering from Boozt again.
