Brian was timely, communicative, and asked all the right questions to make sure the job was done to standard. He had a great attention to detail, kept his work area very clean, and gave us suggestions as to placement and execution as he was working. All in all would definitely recommend him and utilize his service again in the future. Thank you!

Too much of services or paltform charges. I can hire cheaper from outside

This guy was great. I was trying to explain to him, but he already knew what was going on even before I was trying to explain. That is very much appreciative because I don’t know the jargons used in fixing stuff.

Did the job in the specified time.

Taskers were ok. Don't expect any service from Taskrabbit themselves. Zero customer service if you have questions or issues.

What I liked: The 2 movers who came were professional and likeable and were very hard-working and did not waste any time in moving my stuff. They made good suggestions to make my move efficient. The secondary mover who I paid half of the price was so much more helpful and I highly recommend him. I recommend to choose by prices than the rating on Task Rabbit.

What I disliked: I see the truck the mover got was very small and it took me 4-5 trips to move 1 bed room apartment stuff from one buidling to another building in the same complex. The end-to-end move took about 5-6 hours. This should not have taken this longer - the regular movers with the proper truck would have moved this in one-go and my move should have been 2-3 hours.
Expensive: The primary mover with the truck charge is $134 and secondary mover is $70. I chose this with the expectation that it will be done max. in 2 hours but it took longer and I ended up spending >$650 which is much more than I expected as I moving less than 500 feet from one building to another building.

The cleaner I hired to do a DEEP cleaning did a terrific job in all rooms except the kitchen where the work was needed the most. Kitchen work I would give a 2star. At the beginning as I went through each room to explain what needed to be done she cut me off saying “ can I start?”
She left with out saying she was leaving.

Work was not done. I was charged in full

My contractor was professional and efficient.

The workers assigned are always prompt, courteous and skilled. I've used Task Rabbit several times now and I have never been disappointed.

Task rabbit was easy to arrange. Rico was great! Organized - a pleasure to work with and got a lot done in only a few hours!

Helping you find someone to complete your project is what the company is doing well. The extra ‘trust’ fees is a bit extreme.

My item being moved was damaged.

Samvuel was great! He did a TV wall mount and was very precise with measurements to ensure the job was done right. He was also super flexible and accommodating when the movers ran behind schedule. I would definitely hire Samvel again. 👍 👍

The person who came was amazing 🤩. It was easy to book. What I hate about Task Rabbit is the large Trust and Safety fee even though I accept that they need it to remain profitable.
