Extremely terrible company
Extremely terrible company. Wouldn’t allow me to drive with them and my commute took over 40min, which of course costs extra per minute. However, the drivers have had no idea themselves as they’re just being paid minimum wage. I pray that lugg goes out of business, they’re an absolute scam.

Movers were super fast and efficient. Moving stuff up one flight of stairs were done in 20 minutes at half the price of other moving services in boston.

The movers were so nice and helpful. The main elevator in my building was down and they got everything upstairs without an issue by using a small, rear elevator. Everything went so smoothly!
