I got an offer in April from YouSee as follows.
The price for the first 6 months would be 99kr/month.
Afterwards the price will be 269kr/month.
The speed of the network will be a 200/200, where you are able to upgrade to a 1000/1000 for 299kr/month if you feel the need 🙂
But, they actually increased the price to 299kr/month before even start my subscription.

One of the worst ISPs I have ever had the displeasure of using.
First, the hardware is absolutely terrible. The Sagemcom D6 supplied by YouSee died after a completely normal power interruption. Not some freak electrical disaster — the power was simply cut temporarily while work was being done outside. I've also had the same issue after having to disconnect the electricity myself to install a dryer. Apparently these routers are so fragile that turning the electricity off is enough to kill them.
Then you get to waste your time reporting the dead router and going somewhere to pick up a replacement — only to receive the exact same shitty model again.
But the real problem is YouSee's attitude toward customers who actually know something about networking.
They force you to use their equipment.
I wanted to use my own router. Nothing exotic. I want control over my own network: VLANs, VPNs, port forwarding, DNS filtering, etc. I don't need YouSee to configure or support my router. I'll do that myself.
Their answer? “We don't support Bridge Mode.”
Fine. I don't need your support. I need the network connection to allow me to use my own equipment.
I contacted them three separate times. Same circular conversation every time. At one point I was simply told “use VLAN 101”, as if throwing a VLAN number at someone constitutes providing the technical information required to configure a WAN connection.
And here's the beautiful part: when I physically went to return the dead router, I could see the equipment they had available. There was only the same Sagemcom model. The replacement was the same model too.
So apparently the choice is:
Use our router.
Or use our router.
This is particularly ridiculous given that Article 3(1) of EU Regulation 2015/2120 establishes the end-user's right to use terminal equipment of their choice.
YouSee's position seems to be that “we don't support it” somehow means “you cannot do it.”
Those are not the same thing.
And don't waste my time with the usual “put your own router behind ours / use DMZ” workaround. That isn't the same thing as having my own router actually control my network. If I wanted a complicated double-NAT setup with an ISP box sitting in front of my network, I wouldn't be asking for my own router in the first place.
The technical limitations would already be annoying enough. What makes this experience truly awful is the complete lack of understanding from customer support and the endless circular answers.
I've spent more time explaining basic networking concepts to YouSee support than I should ever have needed to spend talking to an ISP.
If you are young, go study something. Ending up as a ‘support’ agent at YouSee should be considered a warning about where incompetence can take your career. The level of cluelessness I encountered was an absolute disgrace — not only to the company, but to anyone who has to represent it to customers.
I cannot put 0 stars, but I would if a could. 0/10

I just file a complaint about not being able to access the internet due to their modem router problem. At first through chatbot which promised that their techical department will call within 15minutes right after the complained, which never happened. Then through email, which mentioned that it will take within 10 business days. Don't they know that internet access is critical this days since almost everything now are on the internet. What a joke.

I visited a physical YouSee store to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S26 based on their current advertised web deal (2,999 kr. with a 50 GB subscription and an extra exchange discount). When I asked for the deal in-store, the staff turned me away and claimed no such offer exists.
Advertising a specific promotion prominently on their official website while store staff refuse to honor or even recognize it is extremely misleading and dishonest. Either staff are improperly trained on active campaigns, or YouSee uses bait-and-switch tactics to lure customers into stores. Very disappointing customer service.

Yousee are shockingly bad with their continual demands for extra payments for everything from penalties for late payments to shutting down!
I removed all the agreements I had with Yousee leaving the WiFi as the only agreement with this greedy company.
I would never reckoned this company !!

YouSee touched me and I hate it!
Please for love of god stay away. They will give you problem in every way imaginable. Even after I've followed everything they told me to do! I asked them to move my internet to my new address (informed them 1 month before moving), but after I moved no internet for 3 weeks! Apparently they didnt know I was going to move! Then I get bill from both the new address and same address?? Do I have to call every month and use 30 min of my time figuring out what's wrong every single time! They do cancel the old bill at the end of the call, but its still unacceptable to have to use so much time and effort!
As for the internet itself, it's purely and utterly trash. Any other service provider will provide more stable and better internet. Ive had 0 problems with Telenor in the past 6 years. In this month alone, I have had to call YouSee 4 times alone for broken internet line or problems in THEIR END. They once even canceled my internet for no reason and had to wait 3 days before they finally opened it.
Please stay away. You'll experience hell.

God dækning og hastighed på data både i Danmark og i Norge. Lydkvaliteten er også god.
Avoid YouSee’s customer service at all costs. I have been put through an exhausting loop of misleading advice, system errors, and unfair penalty fees for an error made entirely by their own staff.
I went to their physical store in Aarhus to port my secondary Lyca number over to YouSee. The store staff verified my 20-digit SIM number and told me everything was correct. The next day, I received an email saying it was wrong.
When I called customer support, their representative instructed me to get a new eSIM with a new number and merge my existing 219 DKK/month binding plan onto it. I followed their exact instructions.
Immediately after doing what they told me to do, YouSee issued a fine/penalty fee against me for "not maintaining the binding period"! I never cancelled my agreement. I am actively paying for and using the exact same 219 DKK/month package right now. Their system wrongly registers a package migration as a cancellation, and their customer service refuses to fix their own system error.
To make matters worse, my eSIM was abruptly shut off, requiring 12 to 15 exhausting phone calls across multiple departments before it was restored. Each time, I was assured everything was resolved, only to receive an automated rejection email saying "no error was found."
Forcing a customer onto a new number based on your own advice and then fining them for a "cancellation" that never happened—while still charging them monthly—is unacceptable business practice.

Disgusting customers service from the start!!!!
I was buying a computer at elgiganten and the salesman convinced me to swap telephone abonnement to yousee. I was not optimistic as I didnt want to waste time and gain problems to save a couple of dkk....
Anyway, their system would not let it go through so he rang to yousee to solve these problems. The service agent explained it was elgigantens system that was the problem. He kept talking over me and when I tried to finish what I was saying he again talked over me telling me to "listen"!
That was enough! I told him where to go with his "service and abonnement" and hung up on him.
I was more than happy to pay the extra money and not be a customer of theirs.
RUDE RUDE RUDE.

As Im encountering for the 10th time now again an issue with Yousee in the course of 3 months, after numerous calls, I m sharing here again my experience in the hope of having a serious answer from Yousee. I had orignaily requested a transfert of my susbcription to my new adress, which YouSee has turned into a new contract (=new binding period). They failed to send me twice the right material; then they charged me several times for subscription fees (meant to be at 0) as well as for cancelling fees (! after 5 years and renewal..); then they have charged me twice a full quarter, which appeared to be due to a double internet subcription they had signed on my behalf in 2 different adresses (the 2nd having nothing to do with me!- Im wondering how is this even possible?Isnt it a serious legal breach?)- It took 5 calls to their service for them to solve, only partially, this double subscription : one could expect they would have cancelled immediately this wrong invoice; no, they were expecting me to pay first the double amount for the full quarter to then send me a credit note. I have finally received a credit note...which is again with the wrong amount (still in their favor). When I want to check my contract and invoices on "MitYousee" account, nothing is displayed or only wrong information. The only time I had some helpful people from their Customer Service was when I was about to cancel or sign for a TV susbscription. I am now unfortunately bound for 6 mounths but will terminate my susbscriptions as soon as possible since it is truly exhausting to spend so much time on these continuous issues without any proper Customer support. Mistakes can happen, but the minimum would be to solve them asap and make sure it doesnt happen again, which obviously doesnt seem to be the least of YouSee concern.

I had tried two times both in person and on the phone to cancel my subscription and even though bith of the workers assured me EVERYTHING was cancelled I still got two more bills from them for months I haven’t even used their services. The customer service is very rude and unprofessional and it seems they don’t give a damn about their customers and are always trying to trick them into paying things they don’t even have. When I tried to cancel a subscription they suddenly informed me that on the last call I had agreed to six more months with them when that was never announced to me verbally or in any email. I do not recommend anyone to be their customer unless they want to fight with them for months on end to cancel everything.

WiFi usually very stable and rarely any issues. However, god forbid you get these issues, you’ll be absolutely on your own with this customer service. CS hours last until 6pm only, as if issues stop after this, no emergency line available. Chatbot is useless and so is the phone queue which simply seems to not want to forward you to an agent. Keeps saying the waiting time is under 1 minute and going on for 15 minutes still counting down your queue number. No wonder agents have to bear the brunt of the customers once they actually get through.

The internet connection is unstable and much slower than promised. Frequent disconnects make it difficult to use the service.

An employee made a mistake in the agreement (in their favor ofc). Tried to call back and just sat in line for 18 minutes and then they hung up. Back in the queue for 15 minutes. Now they tell me they cannot change it right away. I must wait a week and call back if the new agreement won’t appear. Great service!

Terrible customer service.
For even a simple question, you need to call YouSee customer service several times. And when you try to communicate by email, you have to explain everything again from the beginning every time because nobody follows up on the case properly.
In short — stay away.

I’ve been with Telia, Telenor, and 3, none of them ever tried to straight-up scam me like YouSee has. This company feels like a deliberate racket built to bleed customers dry.
They hit me with a massive incorrect first bill, spent weeks promising to “fix it,” then casually admitted they couldn’t be bothered. A “manager” even had the nerve to tell me: “Just pay the incorrect large bill + late fees for now and we’ll deduct the amount over the next few bills if you link your MobilePay.” And like an absolute idiot, I trusted him and paid for their own incompetence instead of taking their scam to court like any normal person would.
Later they credited back 383 kr, proving the original charges were bogus, yet they kept piling on new “late fees” anyway.
When I called them out, they had the audacity to say “we already deducted the promised amount.” And just to max out the clownery, they sent the “debt” to Collectia later.
The scam is either systemic or they’re just entirely out of touch with reality from hiring untrained undergrads to handle customer service and billing to save costs, and the result is zero coordination, zero accountability, just endless lies and artificially created debt.
If you’re smooth-brained enough to sign up with YouSee anyway, make sure to treat them like the criminals they are:
• Record every phone call.
• Screenshot every message and invoice.
• Get every single promise in writing.
• Assume nothing they tell you verbally means anything at all.
They’re counting on you trusting their word so they can screw you over. Don’t give them the satisfaction.

We discontinued our internet connection with YouSee effective January 22, 2026, after providing the required one-month notice on December 23, 2025. Despite this, we had already paid for the period January–March 2026, so a refund was expected.
After multiple follow-ups, calls, and support tickets, YouSee only partially refunded the amount for the remaining January days and February 2026. However, the refund for March 2026 has still not been issued.
What is even more frustrating is that YouSee continues to generate invoices for April–June 2026, even though the internet service was disconnected on January 22, 2026 itself. We are now being threatened with penalties for unpaid invoices for a service that no longer exists.
We have contacted customer support countless times. Every agent says a ticket has been raised and the issue will be resolved, but nothing actually happens except more incorrect invoices being generated.
This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. Poor customer service, no accountability, delayed refunds, and repeated incorrect billing. Very frustrating experience dealing with YouSee.
Stop harrasing customers and please issue refund immediately.

If you can avoid this company do so, unfortunately they still run like they are a monopoly and are extremely bad in the service department... Their app for streaming stinks like it's 1997... The customer service doesn't receive calls... Just cuts you off... And their chat bot is not worth you time... So you have nowhere to go if you have issues other than their stores...
