Telenor customer service is not existent. I tried to call at least 10 times today as my Internet connection is not working. They keep disconnecting the call, one of their consultants promised to call back if the line disconnected this didn´t happen. I would advice to not use Telenor

Terrible experience leaving Telenor.
I had internet from Telenor for 2 years.
Lately, the 5G service became quite unreliable in my area of Aarhus, speeds unstable and connection to tower as well.
Technical support told me they can't do anything besides of me placing router closer to window, where it already was.
I decided to cancel service because competition offered me something better and more convenient.
What was bit outrageous to me is that after asking Telenor to partly refund me for month where internet did not work, i didn't get any reply. Moreover, telenor billed me for upcoming one month claiming cancellation terms. Instead of being understanding, i just heard, you should have used every possible way of getting us to help you with the service & that we don't guarantee speeds. Why should i? If it's more time efficient and better to just get fiber at guranteed speed for better price wouldn't you do it?
I disagreed respectfully and assertively with the bills (partly 299+299), because it is logical not to bill customer who can't use the service properly and it's also not really according to Købeloven to bill for service where there was trouble of delivery.
I am quite sad, that as customer who paid premium price for more than 2 years, gets sort of ripped off like this.
