Got our tickets 2 weeks before the show. Everything went perfect!

Best experience ever. I got lucky and got a GA ticket to Ariana Grande’s concert in London. Received the ticket in 5 mins. AxS and O2 app. Scanned perfectly. Had my name and the Dynamic QR code. I could see Ariana well without even needing to zoom in. Def recommend. So happy i got to see her!!!

I bought 3 tickets for the F1 Dutch Saturday event. 2 tickets worked, 1 did not - it was already scanned at the entrance at 7:04am on the morning of the event by someone else. Viagogo only sent me the tickets at 7:02am on the morning of the event. So, I get to the venue (and please understand that I do not live anywhere near the F1 Dutch venue - I incurred hotel and travel costs to get there) and the ticket was scanned at 7:04! I immediately send Viagogo proof of this and I get a response that they will review my refund and that they have all information they need - I must give them 72 hours. Of course no response again from them (and definitely no refund) - I follow up twice, nothing happens. I am so disappointed. I used to tell people that they can trust Viagogo - but I am now telling everyone to avoid them like the plague.

Won't recommend to anyone. Bought 3 tickets to a football match, viagogo said that the tickets will be send in the day of the match, i flew to the game only to find out that there aren't any tickets. Tired to talk to them through customer service but only ai answered and he didn't help. Please think wisely before u order from them.

very bad experience. the homepage came with at least irrational preconceptions that lead me to make an incorrect booking. I tried to reverse this within minutes, if not seconds. Impossible, like any cancellation.

**Tickets advertised as “Clear View” – received seats behind the stage**

I purchased two tickets for The Weeknd concert in Frankfurt through Viagogo (Order 649208121), paying a total of €313.98.

At the time of purchase, the listing explicitly stated **“Clear view”** and the image shown by Viagogo indicated a seating position diagonally in front of the stage. This information was an important reason why I purchased these tickets.

What I actually received was completely different: Section 33L, Row 23, Seats 9–10. According to the official Ticketmaster stadium map, these seats were **behind the main stage**. At the concert, we could indeed confirm that we were sitting behind the stage and did not have the view that had been advertised.

I contacted Viagogo **before the concert started** and explained the problem. I was told that they would work on a solution. No solution was provided.

Afterwards, I contacted Viagogo again, provided screenshots of the original listing, the official seating map, the actual tickets and photographs showing the real view from our seats.

Viagogo has now called me and informed me that they do not consider themselves responsible and will not provide a refund or other solution.

My complaint is very simple:

**The listing said “Clear view” and visually represented seats diagonally in front of the stage. The tickets delivered were behind the stage.**

I have documented the entire process with screenshots and photographs.

I have now submitted the matter to the German Verbraucherzentrale and will pursue the available consumer and payment dispute procedures.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking screenshots of every detail of a Viagogo listing before purchasing, especially the advertised view and seat location.

It was Amazing

I bought a ticket for the Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in Croatia three days before the concert. It cost 109 euro, the original ticket was sold for 79 euro. The price increase was acceptable concerning the "last minute"-purchase. The electronic ticket was delivered right after the purchase, which was very reassuring. It was valid at the entrance, no questions asked. This was a very positive experience, thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Viagogo. I paid €600 for tickets to The Weeknd concert in Warsaw. At the stadium we were refused entry.

I contacted Viagogo immediately by phone and email while we were still outside the stadium and the concert was ongoing. Instead of resolving the issue or providing replacement tickets, customer support refused to help.

Despite having evidence of the failed ticket access and refusal of entry, I have still not received a refund.

For a company that advertises a guarantee that tickets will be valid for entry, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not use Viagogo again.

Overall I satisfied with service delivery as even I didn’t receive ticket at the beginning, the customer service resolved this problem smoothly so I could go to the concert. It’s good that ticket resales are guaranteed that makes me sure that at least funds can be refunded.

I bought my SOAD + Queens of the Stone Age ticket one night before the concert for a fraction of the price, without checking any reviews of the platform. Only after the purchase did I decide to check everything, and I got so scared that I had fallen for a scam. I decided to contact Support to confirm that the transactions are legit.

The -1 star is for the chatbot responses, which were not informative at all. Fortunately, I was able to connect to a human being and ask them the questions I had.

One thing you need to know is that the Viagogo platform is an intermediary, not a seller. They announce that YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS, YOU WILL BE OFFERED OTHER TICKETS IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE OR A REFUND (but the team does insist on the first option and avoids refunds with all costs).

Fortunately, I received my tickets on the morning of the event and got into the Stadium with ease. No problems occurred whatsoever.

In future, I would do everything to buy my tickets first-hand just to avoid the anguish of waiting. But if the option is not available, I would consider purchasing the tickets on Viagogo again.

Terrible company.
Bought concert tickets through them, the seller canceled the transfer- when I reached out to viagogo they gave me the work around for an entire week. Kept saying my case was being reviewed and they would have a solution in 72 hours. No solution ever came, I never got my tickets. I talked to three different customer service reps all saying "the situation has been elevated"

Attending Paléo Festival '26 on the Plaine de l'Asse last Saturday was an absolute peak summer experience from start to finish. The indisputable highlight of the night was Katy Perry's sensational headlining performance on the Grande Scène; drawing one of the largest crowds in Paléo history, she delivered a theatrical, hit-packed spectacle complete with heartfelt fan interactions, stunning visuals, and a soaring rendition of "Firework" that had tens of thousands singing in unison. Beyond the main stage pop magic, the festival’s dedicated electronic stages—particularly Belleville—were electric, pulsing with hypnotic synthlines, heavy basslines, and relentless DJ sets that kept the collective energy peaking late into the night. Between the world-class pop production, the electrifying dance grooves, and the vibrant open-air festival atmosphere, it was a truly unforgettable Saturday night.

At first, I got worried when I received an indication about how my ticket could arrive on the same day with the event and honestly I freaked out. I checked my e-mail every single day in panic, so that was the only negative I had. But luckily in 3 weeks or so, after my purchase (and 2 months before the event), I received the ticket and after that everything went very smoothly.
