Pleasant to walk into but I felt rushed on recent eye test & I was on the system as being diabetic which I’m not, possible error made. Not picked glasses up yet but will do soon.

Appointment was for 09:20, got called forward at 09:25. Good choice of frames and appointment times and very pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend Specsavers at Castleford.

I had a very in depth exam where the optician took a 3D photo of the eyes . Something I’ve never had before and found interesting.

Staff, helpful, professional and friendly. Gave good advice and explained things I was unsure about. All round good service.

I was met the second I entered the front door, by a smiling face, I explained my issue and every effort was made to obtain teh replacement I needed and as soon as possible

From the first moment i entered i was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Overall a great experience
