We’re sorry to hear that you’re having a frustrating experience with the system.

The design is intended to provide a secure fit and durability, but we appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to the manufacturer. If you have concerns about the longevity of the clamp or need any assistance with usage or maintenance, please let us know—we’d be happy to help in any way we can.

That being said, if the product does not live up to your expectations, we don’t quite understand why you wouldn’t simply return it. We are not further away than little Denmark, and we’re always happy to help find a better solution. Of course, we cannot take back a product that has been used, but if there is a functional issue, it should naturally be returned to the manufacturer.

We also regret receiving a 2-star review of our service, as we processed and shipped your order to Norway within just two days after your purchase. We always strive to provide fast and reliable service to our customers.

Hi Vilma,

I'm sorry you got this perception of us and our webshop, when you were shopping.
I feel that it is actually quite clear what we are selling, though our product descriptions are in Danish.

You bought our "Tanknet 15L" product, which is a protection net, that is supposed to protect your diving cylinder on the outside. I guess you were in the opinion, that the cylinder was included and a part of the product. If this is the case, I must tell you that the description even states "Flaske medfølger ikke!" which means "Cylinder is not included!". Besides that, a little research would have shown you that a diving cylinder for 129, -DKK is very unlikely.
I know the image on the product shows the net placed on a cylinder, but to put that in perspective - When buying clothes online, the model/mannequin is not included either..

I would like to remind you that you have the rights to return the product, if it's not what you had expected. If that's the case, we will return your money as soon as we receive the product back.
Anyway I'll cross my fingers that we find a suitable solution, as I think this review is a bit unfair. Reviews containing only 1 star, has a big impact in our global rating, which is why I hope we can fix this problem together and make you reconsider this review.

Du købte vores produkt "Tanknet 15L" som er et beskyttelses net, der er beregnet til, at beskytte din dykkerflaske på ydersiden. Jeg formoder, at du forventede dykkerflasken ville medfølge. Hvis det er tilfældet, vil jeg minde dig om, at der endda i produktbeskrivelsen står "Flaske medfølger ikke!". Foruden det, ville lidt undersøgelse, måske have vist, at det er yderst usandsynligt at få en dykkerflaske til 129,-DKK.
Jeg ved at produktbilledet viser en dykkerflaske iført beskyttelsesnettet, men for at putte det i perspektiv - Når du handler tøj på internettet, medfølger modellen/mannequinen heller ikke..

Jeg vil gøre dig opmærksom på, at du selvfølgelig har ret til, at returnere produktet, hvis det ikke lever op til dine forventninger. I så fald, vil vi returnere dine penge, så snart vi modtager produktet!
Uanset hvad vil jeg krydse mine fingre for, at vi finder en passende løsning, da jeg ellers synes denne anmeldelse er en smule uretfærdig. 1-stjernede anmeldelser har stor indflydelse på vores globale placering, hvilket er grunden til jeg håber på en løsning i fællesskab og en genovervejelse af denne anmeldelse.
