I will never buy with you again
I will never buy with you again. I bought a snorkel set for our summer holiday. It broke after the first use - the mouthpiece snapped while at the beach, causing a lot of annoyance to my 4 year's old. I bought another one because we had 3 weeks of holidays ahead of us, took photos and threw the broken one out. When we got home I sent the photos to ask for a refund and was sent through various loops, back and forward, because none of the pre-formulated pathways fit my circumstances. I didn't want a new product sent, because clearly that was no longer necessary. 15 emails, 2 separate rounds of chasing for a response, and over 2 months later, and I am told I cannot get anything back - not even a credit note because I no longer have the snorkel. Absolutely terrible service. It was only 150kr, but I kept asking for what is my legal right, on principle only. When your own FAQs say you accept a photo or video as evidence, how was I to know you would change your minds once I actually submit something? Not good enough.

I had to change the size of my wetsuit and all the process went really smoothly and it was cost less. The wetsuit is really well made and comfortable.

This company is one of the greatest i have tried. I had to exchange one pair of shoes and before I send the wrong ones back they already send the right pair. And there was no problem with adding a pair of goggles to the return order. I loved all the items, and I really recommend this company and their excellent service.
Delivery time it also perfect!

bad communication, order not sent, insufficient quality
I ordered 3 items, a wetsuit, a swimming buoy and a mermaid tail as christmas presents on Dec 12 2025. I was excited by the 24 hours delivery promise, after 6 days i was like, what? why hadnt they arrived. So i wrote to the customer service, who informed me that the buoy was not in stock so they hadnt sent my order. They had though, not informed me of this so i could ask them to send it anyway. Nothing, no message, no information.
So then i asked the customer service to send the wetsuit and mermaid tail as if there was indeed 24hours shipping, the could just reach me in time for christmas. The woman said sure, she would send them the same day. i asked if she could change the address as I was traveling to a different location for the holiday and she said yes that was no problem.
The next day, i had still received no package, or not even a notification that it was on the way.
I wrote customer service again, where a man was apologetic and said the order had not been sent 'because of an error', but again, they had not informed me. I asked him to send it, and to make sure it was to the new address, and he then informs me that it is not possible to send it to a new address, so that it will be sent to the original address.
The items did not arrive for Christmas. I was very disappointed.
When the items did finally arrive, my daughter had used the mermaid tail one time as per the instructions in a swimming pool, and it is always broken at the end fins. Seems pretty shitty quality and not worth over 400DKK.
The worst thing though was without a doubt the custmer service with multiple promises of the items being sent, within 24 hours, then lack of sending me information about the order so that even though I originally placed the order on the 12 Dec, there shoild have been PLENTY of time to adjust if there was an error or a problem, but no info/messages/help came and then false promises were made.
I am truly disappointed

Visually overcrowded but fast shipping
