I have been using Swagbucks for a while now,and it is a great way to earn some extra pocket money.the surveys are frequent and the points add up quickly.redeeming them for gift cards is very easy and fast.highly recommend!

My survey access has been restricted for over 15 days without any clear update, support ticket #17653068 is still pending manual review.please look into this and resolve it soon.

Finally, after a couple of months trying to get hold of somebody, anybody, at Swagbucks, they finally answered. Once they finally got serious and tried to fix my problem, it only took a week, and all my lost points were restored.

My big question is, why did it take so darn long to get this thing straightened out?

Report them to the FTC, BBB, AG’s office and the Internet Crime complaint center.

Swagbucks needs to honor the credit they have yet to give participants .. I did a video survey or video conference back on August 20th giving opinions on new ideas ., the timeline to receive the incentives is 7-10 business days and I have yet to get any credit ..

Swagbucks suspended my account immediately after I spent $5 completing a paid in-game task exactly as instructed with no warning or no explanation, just a ban right after the money left my account. Support's response has been to tell me to wait 30 days, which isn't acceptable when actual money is involved.

I'd like a clear explanation of what supposedly went wrong, and my account and earned rewards restored if there was no real violation. If this doesn't get resolved, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC, since suspending accounts right after a paid purchase — without explanation — is exactly the kind of pattern regulators have gone after other reward platforms for.

Complaint – Call of Dragons Offer Not Credited

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of the Call of Dragons offer. I completed two separate offer milestones worth a total of $130, and neither one was credited to my Swagbucks account.

Both offers were completed well within the required time limits, and I have screenshots documenting that I reached the required goals. I submitted those screenshots as proof when I contacted support, yet despite providing clear evidence, the rewards still have not been credited.

I also spent a significant amount of my own money on the game in order to reach these milestones, so it is especially frustrating to complete everything as required and then not receive the promised rewards.

I am requesting that Swagbucks manually credit the full $130 for the two completed offers. I have provided proof of completion and am happy to provide any additional documentation needed. This issue has been outstanding for far too long and should be resolved promptly.

Loved using Swagbacks until they randomly one day deactivated my account, the same day I went to redeem some of my points. Confused, because I know I didn't do anything wrong, I emailed them asking what I possibly could've done to violate their terms, and they were "not allowed" to provide with any specifics as to why my account was reviewed or deactivated. Probably, because there were no specifics. But just really sketchy in my opinion.

Deplorable. Deleted my account because they never credited me for MULTIPLE chat studies i completed, they said I asked them too many times.

I spent three days doing surveys and playing games through Swagbucks trying to get a virtual prepaid MasterCard.The way it's set up you have to have 1500 swag bucks to order the card so I get to 1500 and they offer a $5,$10,$20,and $25 card.No $15 which is 1500 swag bucks,so I get strung out another day trying to reach the $20 card.When I finally get 2000 swag bucks after playing their game for days and answering surveys,I order the virtual card which they advertise as instant,I get a message there was a problem with the card and that was yesterday and I still haven't gotten my reward!I still haven't gotten any explanation about my reward.Im about to get on social media and tell everyone not to use Swagbucks because it takes days to earn any rewards and after spending 8 hours a day for three days,that haven't even honored their rewards!Swagbucks is a rip off!Instead of using swagbucks,you should go to Free Cash or Survey Junkie and I am gonna spend everyday posting about this on social media until I get my reward honored!As a matter of fact,I have to get on Facebook right now.

A three minute survey has just taken me TWELVE minutes! And for what? About 11p! Not even a penny per minute! Please, be honest!

Swag bucks was good they deactivated me for a violation and won't tell me what it was they closed my account i had 100.00 in points so be careful and cash out when you have enough very frustrating

They are basically a ponzi scam. At first you'll get paid but after you've been with them for a while, they will suspend your account for no reason and refuse to pay you. Their games have impossible goals to meet and their surveys disqualify you after you spend like 20 minutes on them. It's a big waste of time.
Also their customer support is a joke. Stay away from them. There are better ways to make cash online.
