Terrible experience - avoid this store at all costs!

I recently placed an order here (order # 2496104 / 2500615 )but I only received a partial delivery. To make matters worse, one of the items I actually did receive was completely wrong. As for the rest of my order, it was never delivered at all.

I have been trying to get my money back for the missing and incorrect items, but they refuse to issue a refund. I have sent multiple emails to their customer support, but they just completely ignore me. No replies, no explanations, nothing. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent.

This is completely unacceptable. Save your money, time, and nerves, and shop somewhere else. Looks like a total scam!

I ordered a Patagoniashirt. It arrived with no tags and when I sent them a email if it should be so they didn’t answer. I sent them two mail about it. Not a biggie I just wounder if I should send it back it was ok to do so in that condition. But no answer. So that is why a I gave them two stars.

Ruoto.fi is not a good company to make orders with.

They have repeatedly gotten my orders wrong, been late in processing orders and often having to get an e-mail pushing them to finish sending the full order.

And they also have a habit of simply not replying at all to e-mails asking why part of an order are not being processed even when the website says said items are in stock. Done that twice in a row now, with just 1 order that was shipped in 3 parts and i had to sent 2 e-mails to push for the rest of the shipment being sent with no replies, just an automatic "it is about to be in the hands of the shipping company" notice.

I had already limited my purchases from them to cheaper, smaller items or items i can not find elsewhere.
After the latest debacle i have given up on them completely and will rather buy a different item elsewhere even if they have what i want in stock.

For a company that is pushing to be the biggest on the Finnish market in fishing and hunting gear while also pushing for the EU market. They sure don't seem to employ professionals in the logistics or customer service departments.

I ordered the Sasta Luosto Jacket from Ruoto.com to Slovenia. The jacket is high quality, perfect for outdoor use and layering. Delivery was fast and reliable. I first ordered the wrong size, but Ruoto made the exchange to the right one very easily and even covered the return shipping costs. Great communication and fair prices – I’ll definitely order again!

Terrible customer support
Purchased an item not in stock but with estimated time of supply of 1-10 days
After 1 month no news from them if not after several follow ups from me and inconsistent answers.
Definitely just a big loss of time

I’ve ordered from Ruoto Oy three times. One order arrived quickly, but the other two have taken weeks with no updates or shipment. Even after contacting them by email and being promised fast delivery, nothing has arrived. This has now happened twice in a row. If you expect to receive your order within a month, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Have waited for16 days without any response for the goods that I ordered. It os not possible to contact them it is written in finish and you have to use WhatsApp.
