Processing time when there is an issue.
I received the package within the announced delivery timeframe, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I submitted a request for a return and refund because I do not wish to keep it, but I still haven’t received any response.
Since we only have 14 days to return it, I’m not sure how this will work. We’ll see.

I’m extremely disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I received regarding my warranty claim.
I purchased an Eco-Shell jacket with the expectation of reliable waterproof performance, but it began showing clear signs of failure. To make sure I was being fair, I conducted a controlled comparison test with another Eco-Shell jacket under identical conditions. The difference was obvious: one performed as expected, while the defective one showed internal darkening and moisture penetration.
Despite providing detailed explanations and visual evidence, my claim was dismissed with what felt like a generic, copy-paste response focusing on DWR treatment, completely missing the point. DWR affects surface behavior, not the waterproof membrane itself. Membrane is keeping the inside dry NOT the DWR. My test clearly demonstrated an issue with the fabric’s performance, yet this was ignored.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of genuine engagement. It feels like no one actually reviewed the evidence I submitted. Instead of investigating properly, the responsibility was shifted back to me with standard explanations that do not apply to the situation.
For a premium outdoor brand, I expected both better product reliability and far more professional, informed customer support. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously undermined my trust.
I hope the company improves how it handles warranty claims and starts treating customers’ concerns with the attention they deserve.

Buying KENN shoes
I strongly advise against shopping at Varuste.
My experience shows how this store treats customers after receiving payment. On May 27, 2026, I paid for an order of Keen Targhee IV Waterproof shoes. More than a month has now passed, and the order still has not been fulfilled.
During all this time, I have not received any specific information regarding the shipping date. Every attempt to contact customer service ends with the same automated response stating only that my request has been received and that I should wait. No concrete answers, no accountability, and no real customer support.
The store is very efficient at collecting payment, but when there is a problem with fulfilling the order, the customer is left completely on their own. This kind of approach raises serious concerns about the reliability of their service and the level of respect they show toward customers.
If you are considering buying from this store, think carefully. My experience shows that you may pay in advance and then be left without the product, without information, and without any real assistance for a long time.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses online. The package only included the case, the sunglasses were missing from the order. A week later, and customer's service still has not replied to my email. They do not answer my phone calls (basically, they keep you waiting for a minute or two, then you get an automated message that no representatives are available, and to contact them at a later time point).
