Best customer service (i think 😊)

Best customer service (i think 😊). I just needed to cancel my order (i ordered a two person tent, but we already got that tent for gift from friends and didn't need extra one. So we needed to cancel ordered one). Customer service cancelled it with no question 🙏🙏🙏.

No package in three weeks

I placed an order and waited three weeks and they didn't ship my package so I asked to get my money back. At least they promised to return my money.

Terrible customer service

Their German shop does not have a landline. They don't reply to emails. How can you trust them when their customer service is so appalling. They have a tent at a very attractive price, but I prefer to buy from a more professionally run organisation.
