Absolutely disgusting delivery they just chucked it on our veranda in open site to passers by. No ring of the doorbell no nothing. Lucky we were just down the road before someone had seen it and flogged it 😡😡😡

Bad experiencing paying with Paypal.
I am delighted with dishes, but it was a nightmare trying to. use Paypal. We have never in the past had trouble using it with other sites. . We finally gave up & used a credit card which we don't like doing.

⭐ 1 star – Absolutely appalling customer service
The Pet Circle Pharmacy experience has been nothing short of dreadful. Impossible to reach by phone, no response to emails in a reasonable timeframe, and absolutely no sense of urgency when dealing with medication prescriptions.
I waited two days for a response regarding an urgent prescription, only to discover that a repeat prescription was already on file. Yet, here we are, another 24 hours later, still waiting. Neither my vet nor I have been able to get hold of anyone.
When it comes to medication, communication and timely service aren’t optional extras. They’re essential.
An incredibly frustrating experience. I won’t be using Pet Circle Pharmacy again.
