I’m really happy with my experience…
I’m really happy with my experience shopping at Lookfantastic. I always manage to find some great deals and products at very good prices. I’ve had my subscription for years, and the next day delivery is definitely one of my favourite benefits!
The quality of the products is always great, everything arrives very well packaged and clearly handled with care. Delivery is also super fast and reliable. Overall, I’m a very happy customer and would definitely recommend Lookfantastic!

The worst delivery service
i’ve ordered from lookfantastic several times and normally enjoy shopping with them, but it’s really disappointing that they continue to use evri as their courier. evri is honestly one of the worst delivery companies i’ve dealt with. i specifically chose weekend delivery because i knew no one would be home during the week, but my order wasn’t delivered as expected and now there’s nothing they can do. lookfantastic really needs to consider using other couriers or at least give customers a choice, because the delivery service really lets them down.
