Worst experience ever
I ordered a Shirt-Jacket from the online shop, but unfortunately, it didn't fit. I returned the item at my own expense from Germany to Copenhagen. Although I used the exact address provided, the package could not be delivered (it seems the shop was closed during delivery hours) and is now sitting in a parcel shop. PostNord confirmed they left a notification, but Le Fix has completely ignored my emails regarding this issue. Very poor communication and zero support for international customers.
12.5.26 The package will be send back to me now because Le Fix didn't go to the parcel shop to pick up the package even though it's not my fault their store is not open during delivery hours... I also never got any response to my emails... I mean if you don't want to deal with returns maybe don't sell your stuff online... Never experienced such a shitty service
Regarding the response from Le Fix:
I did not complain about having to pay for the return myself, so please do not try to make it look that way. My complaint was that the package could not be delivered because your shop was closed. Furthermore, I sent emails regarding this matter—including the tracking number—to the email address stated on your website on both April 29th and May 3rd, and to this day, you have not responded

Unfortunately, we did not receive any notification from PostNord that the package had arrived at the parcel shop, which is why it was not picked up in time. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you.

We did receive one email from you regarding the return, and we replied that unfortunately we are unable to cover return shipping costs, as described in our policy. However, we are sorry if you felt unsupported during the process.

Broken promises, and long wait time.
I have now waited a week and a half for three t-shirts, that they keep promising are coming. They keep promising dates to when they are coming, however nothing is ariving. Wouldn't recommend at all

Best experience with Le fix shop
I bought an item to Le fix cause I couldn't find it anywhere. They immediately took care of my order, and the details of shipping( I forgot some). The shipping was fast. Unfortunately, I got robbed during the shipping by my national Post service I believe. Then I had to go through a long process, Le fix client service helped me to go through this. It was stressless. I can only recommand this shop, I'm definitely one of your customer. Shout out to Simon and his boss.
