Made and paid an order on 6 of June.
Right now already 23 of June and item still not even sent for the delivery. Not sure why should it take so long. Not sure I will get even the item now. Contacted the customer service and nothing for now. Do not recommend if you need the item "on time".

I was initially a bit skeptical because the price was significantly lower than on the official Birkenstock website. However, my experience with Hardloop was very positive.
I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Arizona Birko-Flor sandals (Regular Fit). The delivery took 2–3 days longer than originally estimated, but Hardloop kept me informed throughout the process and provided updates about the delay.
The sandals arrived in their original packaging, were exactly as described, and appear to be genuine Birkenstock products. The quality, fit, and color were all perfect.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the product and the price, and I would not hesitate to order from Hardloop again.

Super slow delivery and return process
Good website and items, awesome with free returns, but it took nearly a month to receive the items, and after sending part of the order back, it took about another month to get the refund. 3 stars just because everything took forever. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Shoes was muddy and worn
I emailed you on the day that I picked up my new shoes. when I opened the box it was obvious that the shoe shad been worn (there was dry mud stuck under the soles). I contacted you the same day but have not yet heard back from you.
