disappointed with Jouweb
I am extremely disappointed with Jouweb. Despite canceling my agreement with them, they still charged money from my bank account without providing any service. Two times charged 146 € even terminate my agreement.They publicly claim to offer solutions, but in reality, they act in bad faith by taking money even after termination of agreements. It’s shameful that they say one thing in public but do the opposite in private. Additionally, they do not respect the security of clients' banking information. People should be aware that their bank details may be at risk with this company

Not happy form would not stay linked emailing was terrible over charged more than once bad customer service locked domain couldn’t even find the correct registrar until getting correct information for said registrar

Not happy with the contact

First I was happy, but then....
First I was very happy with this website because it is so easy and beautiful. BUT, I canceled my subscription 2 months ago and now I still get messages that I have to pay, which I don't understand because I canceled. It really feels like I am being scammed and I am very unhappy with the service, since they are not answering too. So be aware of this when you make an account because if I knew this, I would not started here.
