Decent product, bad customer experience
Ordered a single wardrobe unit, came with a totally unnecessary and oversized pallet (bigger and heavier than the cabinet itself), too big for the commune to pick up. Now I have my cabinet, and the responsibility to get rid of the pallet, and it will cost for more than how much the cabinet did. No help from HTH either, never ordering again.

I completely understand why this left you frustrated. Our cabinets are delivered on pallets to ensure safe handling throughout transport and to protect the product from damage. That said, we understand that disposing of a large pallet can be inconvenient, and I'm sorry that you were left to deal with that on your own.
I'm also sorry that you didn't receive the help you were hoping for when you contacted us. That's not the experience we want our customers to have.

Terrible service: don't pay until the whole job is done
Communication with the staff is very slow and turns inexistent once you pay. Carpenter work is also poor quality.
The carpenter was very sloppy. He intended to leave some holes between the cupboards in the installation and did a terrible job with some of the shelves. We had to review his job all the time to notify mistakes or missing things. In the end, when delivering the kitchen, we saw that he forgot to install a couple of things. We didn't hear from our sales representative for more than a month a half after the final delivery of the kitchen, so we wrote an e-mail to him. He only reacted after we wrote a new e-mail including his team leader asking for this to be fixed as soon as possible. He called me to find a date and five days later I am still waiting for a new communication with information regarding when they will come.
Don't waste your time and money with this company. Quality is standard and the service si simply terrible.

The same goes for the communication afterwards. Waiting that long for a response, and only getting it after escalating, is not something you should experience as a HTH customer.

Failures in every step of the process and not willing to help
Completely incompetent and seemingly not interested in fulfilling the contract you have with them. Do not transfer money to this company before they have delivered the products and services they sold you.
I regret having tried again after previous bad experiences. They managed to sell the wrong combination of parts AND miss/swap something every time. And yet we fell for it again. We thought the new parts should match what we already have in our home and tried a different location of HTH this time. It's absurd how much they got wrong and instead of a beautiful new bathroom we now have a huge mess with unusable new cabinets and sink, stuff in boxes on the floor and no old furniture left as it was supposed to be replaced. Them personally coming in to re-measure before our order also seems to have been pointless as the "custom" size they made would look like an off-the-shelf fit even if they had managed to deliver the right parts.
UPDATE: As you can see HTH is upset about the bad review (also letting us know via email). But they haven't done much to fix things.
It took over a month, 2 extra deliveries and 5 (mostly botched) attempts by HTH to retrieve the wrongly delivered things. The countertop they eventually delivered came with a scratch, but at this point we were just too tired of dealing with HTH.

HTH is a long-established kitchen and bathroom supplier, and we categorically reject the claim that we operate in a deceptive or fraudulent manner. Thousands of customers receive and install their kitchens and bathrooms successfully every year.
We work with structured procedures for measuring, planning, ordering, and delivery. If errors have occurred in your specific order, this is regrettable and something we take responsibility for addressing.
Incorrect or missing items, or a solution that does not match what was agreed, are handled as delivery or specification errors and resolved through correction or replacement in accordance with our terms - not as a risk carried by the customer.
HTH supplies modular kitchen and bathroom systems and can offer special adaptations within these systems. We are not a bespoke joinery workshop producing fully custom-built furniture. That said, any solution sold and confirmed must of course fit the room and function as agreed.
We would very much like to review your case in detail and establish exactly what has gone wrong, so we can put a proper solution in place as quickly as possible.

While we are not upset about a negative review, we do take such feedback very seriously. However, in order to actively resolve a case, I must be able to identify it. Regarding the issues you describe:
If items are delivered incorrectly, damaged on delivery, or missing components, this is handled through correction, replacement, or refund once the case is formally registered and documented. The same applies to collection of returned items, which must be coordinated and confirmed in advance.
We do not recognize the description that HTH is “evading responsibility” as a general approach. That said, unresolved cases are not something we are satisfied with, and I am very willing to review the situation.

Quality Inconsistent with Price
Purchased and collected a couple wardrobes at HTH Glostrup. One of them was very dirty including some amounts of what appears to be human hair. The wardrobes also had numerous dents, scratches, marks, and blemishes that could not be removed with cleaning. I e-mailed several times with photos, but never heard back.
I would say the price paid was inconsistent with the quality as delivered. The material of the cabinets is the same MDF used by less expensive brands. The supplied hardware (hinges etc.) is also almost identical. And the options for customization are limited compared to the competition. Combined with the quality issues and lack of customer service, I can only recommend against HTH/Nobia.
On the plus side, the cabinets were quite easy to assemble even as a one-person job.

My bad experience is with HTH Hillerød. Stay away from them if your time and energy is important for you. They are very disorganized and do not care for customer satisfaction. They book meetings and forget to come and pretend it wasn’t their fault. This has happened twice in a row. Do not do business with them.

Problem-oriented company
This company has a tendency to offer you problems, instead of solutions.
Don't bother buying anything from HTH. They are slow, expensive and don't really care if you're satisfied with the stuff you ordered. And if you try to return, they will threaten that they only refund 75%. Not even sure this is legal.
Look into other companies, such as kvik køkken or ikea. Cheaper, better service and solution-oriented.

Ruined floor and sequential continuous delays
I ordered two big wardrobes, and two long cabinets. The first wardrobe was built with no delays but the second one has had a problem after the next. A product that should have been finished mid August is still in progress one month later. Pieces were forgotten in the original order and mounting is taking place over several rounds. This meant that I had to be home to receive orders many times and even more times I had to be available for mounting and re-mounting! In the last round they even misplaced parts needed for the mounting hence delaying things further. Some materials that were give to me for the maintance of the wardrobe were removed from my house leaving me the headache of having to enquire about them and potentially having re- delivered….. again!!
This is just the start of my long and painful experience: the moving company that they hired to bring the wardrobe to my house: a brand new house with a new floor filled with scratches by amatorial movers!!
Since a proper fix cannot take place now there is a chance that HTH will pay for a “patching job” that will likely cause a discolouring of the floor in some areas. This will require patience and time before the floor will (maybe) become uniform again.
In conclusion an experience that started in the best possible way is unwinding into a never ending story of patching mistakes. So disappointing and time consuming!

You cannot trust that they put what you asked for in the material list for the order. And if they make a mistake, they do not accept it at all. They never ever cover for their employee’s mistakes.
It is fine if they make a mistake as long as they accept and cover it, instead of making the customer pay for it.
I do not recommend them in no way.

HTH Slagelse. Worst experience ever; they made a bunch of mistakes, forgot to deliver on multiple items. The table top was not centered as shown in the picture nothing was fitting properly even though their boss came to take measures. Go to IKEA, same quality with a better customer experience.

very poor quality
after 4 years of use, i can see the paint came off so much. I had before a IKEA kitchen which lasted better and longer. Disappointed big time with the quality having in mind the price !!
