They're very unfriendly sizes and don't have anything for anyone who isn't really skinny. And if they do have something in XL it's more expensive and way longer. As if someone gets taller if they put on weight.

Happily recommend this company . They are reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. Very straightforward to deal with and im very satisfied with service . Also im I love free stickers that comes with every parcel too . Yearly subscription worth every penny too .

The order was not sended. Looks like a fraud.
I ordrered the beetlejuice jacket emp and pants on in the end of March. It was marked as sended but the carrier- Post.at did not get the product. By April 15 the product is still in the EMP warehouse according to Post.at. There is no way to contact with the customer service person. I got only messages from a bot with "bla-bla" excuses, but with no information on the delivery. It looks like a fraud.

Very fast, hassle-free shipping and delivery; the item purchased is exactly as on pictures :)

The shipment was delivered 2 days later as mentioned. This without any pro activ information about any delay.
Then, I created a return shipment, and the wrong address was taken automatically.
I could not have it changed, I could not have the return cancelled and process a new one with the correct address.
Everything is so locked and I feel trapped!

I've been a Loyal Shopper at EMP for almost 20 years now and can easily say, they work hard to get what you order to you quickly and if something doesn't fit or look right on you, they make the process of returns easy. The quality of their in-house brands fluctuate a little but overall is very good - their customer service is helpful when you need them - and the experience of shopping through their catalog or website has mostly been hassle free. Even though they've pivoted to including more "normal" clothes in their store, they still offer some great original pieces every now then that'll make you come back for them. Realistically, my experience with EMP has been 8/10 across the board but they deserve a 5 out of 5 stars for being consistently good in all the categories that are important for all the years I've shopped with them. I ordered vansfrom this site when I then got an email that they had incorrectly sent it to the wrong address. I then asked for a refund which they said would be issued to me in 5 to 7 days and was being processed. They then said that my refund would take up to 10 days as my refund hadn’t been processed yet and they only had just processed it. It’s safe to say I’ve still not received my refund and this site is a scam.

Ordered a T shirt and 2 hats, happy enough with the T shirt but was sent 2 wrong hats that I did not order. When I asked for a refund I was told that they don’t pay for post on refunds and I will have to pay for post and tracking, which will probably end up as expensive as the hats. Very bad customer service! There mistake not mine.

I bought another Alice Rose Coat for my daughter and after wearing it for the second time the zip went faulty, would end up not zipping up properly, but then it would not zip at all. The buttons started falling off after the first time on, then the fifth time wearing it the front seam started coming apart, that was the last time she had it on. I have bought two other coats for her in the past that were the same style but just the plain material, and this rose material was her second one. It will certainly be the last as the material and stitching of this last one is made a lot cheaper than the ones I have bought previously. I gave this coat to my daughter last year for her birthday but she did not start wearing it until this winter. I cannot get a refund on the coat as it was bought to long ago, but I would hate to see someone else buy it and find out it is not very good.

I ordered christmas gifts on dec 11th .when filling my details in a pop up for their backstage club kept blocking the form then i would have to start again . Usually that would of stopped me but the person i was buying for really wanted the gift . On the 17th of december i got an email from royal mail saying my delivery had been sent back to Emp because they couldnt identify the addtess so when i looked on royal male site EMP have sent my order out without putting my full address on (No house number ) i went back to the site there are very few ways to contact customer services . And the only advice i got was pre written information saying undelivered orders wouĺd be refunded when EMP recive them back . Which means ive paid a company for items ive never had and i have to hope the nearly £100 pound comes back to me . So ive paid for nothing and im down £100 so have no gift for my partner abd now no money to get him one . They shoukd have never sent an order without full address . Which is same as my billing address they had no problem taking my money
Disgusting so basically stealing money . Not acceptable at all. If your looking for dissapoint pay EMP they are happy to help
