The order processing times could be better (it can take up to a week to process an order sometimes).
The app is often "buggy" (often can't acces the order information, and gives error when accessing account).
But OMG, I love the clothes!!
Quality is 9 times out of 10 higher than expected.
The orders arrive, and I am happy!

Pakkebox 15 mins cycle from me?
After i put in my address, EMP/postnord decided that a pakkebox location, 6 kms away from me was the closest to me. I literally live 5 minutes walk from viby torv. So why did i have to cycle 15 mins to get my pakke. Darlig service.

Great quality and perfect fit!
I bought this Ride The Lightning tank top from EMP.dk, and I’m really, really happy with my purchase.
Right from the start, it was easy to find the right size on the website, and when it arrived, it fit exactly as expected—which isn’t always the case when you buy clothes online. The quality really impressed me. The fabric feels sturdy, the print is sharp, and the color looks great.
The price was already fair, and I even got an extra discount at checkout, which is always nice. It arrived quickly, and I actually received it before Christmas as promised, even though I ordered quite late.
All in all, a really good experience. I can warmly recommend both the product and EMP.dk. Great service, great quality, no disappointments.
