Quick order and next day delivery A++++ Would Recommend

Looking at laptops, wanted to know the monthly payment through Frasers Plus. Went to far and wanted to cancel the order. Did this and got an email for cancellation. 6 minutes later got an email confirming order. Fast forward a few days ( after email correspondence with your Customer services) and I have an email saying the laptop is with the courier for delivery. Looks like the laptop will be delivered and then I have to sort out a return. Seems crazy to me.

Horrible! My newly bought computer monitor, was marked as delivery due 21 only to be sent back to the seller by EVRI the malice!
Upon enquiry with EBUYER, I was told, they will offer a refund after a 14-day or sooner if they receive it!
I am without a monitor! Shambles!

The item has not been properly used yet but seems OK.

A speedy tracked delivery and the chance to pay instalments. I also like the fact that products are recycled.

Its been fast friendly and well informed all through the process. Evri now has my parcel an look forward to receiving it in the next day or 2. Seriously thinking about coming back for more purchases. Thanks an keep up the good work.

Updated review – Delivery issue, but refund offered

I originally left a one-star review because my order went missing almost immediately after being passed to Evri, which I found suspicious and frustrating.

To be fair to Ebuyer, the problem may have been entirely down to Evri rather than Ebuyer themselves.

Ebuyer did eventually get back to me and said they would issue a refund, which I appreciate.

I've therefore updated my rating to two stars to reflect their response. However, the delivery experience and difficulty getting the issue resolved were still disappointing.

I bought two monitors on next day delivery.
They were not delivered the next day.
The courier cannot track them.
Ebuyer don't respond to emails.
Ebuyer have no contact number.
Ebuyer have gone downhill since they were taken over.
Awful :(

Slight mishap with the spec of the machine, response was fast and return sorted. New item arrived 24 hrs later.
Nice team of people.

Please do not use this company, bought two speed camera detectors, they don't work!!
Customer service is a joke, offered me 10% refund and keep them or send them to hong kong and lose about £50.
Disgusting.

Tried several times to place an order but failed to process using different methods aswell to process but still failed. The customer service is horrendous. I’d avoid this botch up company.
