Dont buy in this site. I buy two shirts for my son and are too small and they dont wanted me returned. Only if I paid the shipping that is more than the cost of the shirts. I do a dispute buy they dont do it nothing. Bad service

I would not buy of DHgate because they were scam you it was then say they'll send you a barcel out and they're not sudden it says back to the seller then there will not the shadow would not refund you they were lie the seller says there will ship castle will not ship the parcel out and seller then goes and ships to parcel out in some reason and then the parcel then gets returned back to the seller and then all of a sudden they're never refund me I was kept speaking to online chat so absolutely useless there will not go me off the off and then when I tell them in a scam just couldn't be chat off and this is what she is like they will scampi people do not buy from this company

They promise quick shipping but obviously Just to get you to order from them nearly 5 days now my item still not been shipped have asked the seller 4 times now about it getting shipped still waiting hopefully DH gate see this review and contact the seller on my behalf I have raised a ticket on DH gate about this contacted customer service there are many good sellers on DH gate but sadly this sellers customer service is poor in my opinion and I hope DH gate contact me or contact the seller about this as it really puts you off using DH gate

Avoid. They let sellers take your money and don't send items and do nothing about it. The customer service has gone down hull rapidly. Order from elsewhere

Based on my experience with this site, I advise against buying products from them. I ordered a pair of sneakers that arrived with the soles coming apart after 28 days. Buyer protection is virtually non-existent; the process for returning a defective item and getting a refund is extremely difficult and costly. Even after asking the site for assistance, the only solution offered was a refund of $17.59 out of the total $58.80 paid ($32.50 for the product and $38.30 for shipping). Ultimately, the buyer is the only one who loses out—left with a product you will never use and having paid the money.

Horrible experience while ordering a dress came a week late to small even tho i sent the size to myohmydress she keeps repeating her self. wont let me return the dress or even give me a refund. keeps saying close credit back when ive sent her that itz been closed. costumer service is shocking. still going 2 months later?

Soo pathetic Service and Sellers are too arrogant. Avoid the seller named "bei02". I wait for my order for almost 12 days and when the time is come for tracking they cancelled my Order. I'm attaching the screenshot for seller Page. Avoid DHgate for any product buying. Their Customer is also very slow and not come with any solution.

Had no issues. Think it’s all about finding the right seller. My seller sent out within a week and received the week after. Great quality and good price.

The efficiency of the site and quality of the products. Great communication with the sellers and easy transactions.

I recommend you this app. There is so much to see and chose but you have to look for the reviews and pictures they have. Quality is great and it depends which shop you choose.

I’ve never had a problem with DHGate - just make sure you check all the reviews before buying and look at all the reviews WITH photos. If there aren’t multiple photos on the review page of the item I’m looking at I will usually give it a miss.

Its a Scam, I did not receive the refund after cancelled order before shipping. No customer service to contact about this issue.

Expensive shipping costs make it so that u can’t really appreciate the lower prices.

I would give them zero stars if I could, and I highly recommend everyone avoid this company completely.

I purchased a coat that arrived missing its belt. I opened a dispute but was unhappy with the unfair, mandatory decision that was made. After leaving a negative review on Trustpilot, they replied promising they would look into my appeal — said they’d created a report request and I’d be notified by email within 2 business days. They also included a link to a live chat that does not exist at all.

Since then — no email, no update, no contact. It’s clear they only replied to my review look good publicly, with zero intention of actually helping. You cannot contact DHGate by any real means — they are impossible to reach and simply ignore you once they’ve made their fake reply.

Complete scam — do not waste your money or time!

I would rate this company zero if I could especially the seller sumptuous_bag001 avoid like the plague received a bag that smells so bad of plastic chemicals and has the labels hanging off no stitching at all on 3 sides I sent them a photo of the bag and was offered a very slight discount if I bought another bag or $3 to keep the bag I paid £30 for the bag after I said I want to return for a refund I was told no unless I pay the return postage it ended up in the bin

I Ordered two T-shirts on here through Chic Wardrobe, a seller on the website, at a cost of £38 for two. Ordered size XL. Items arrived and were quite clearly a size Small to Medium measuring 20 inches from axilla to axilla, therefore for a size 40 inch chest. I contacted the seller as advised on their website to obtain a returns code and was told in very poor English that the size i received was correct and that they would not send a code. The unprofessionalism continued. I tried to raise a dispute with DHgate to no avail. I would advise anyone to NOT purchase from this website.

Very poor customer service, all answers generated by a BOT. Very difficult to contact seller. Will think twice about using them again.

I had a dress made with my exact measurements for an upcoming event. They definitely didn't deliver. The top part of the dress is good but threading is coming apart, the bottom half is awful. I can't even get the dress down. And they did not use my measurements.! They will not reply or refund either.
