I like most of their stuff but they…

I like most of their stuff but they need to pack boxes shoes and jewellery properly. The get battered. If they cellotape the bags tight so everything isn't moving around they would get less battered. They don't care though..no good if it's for gifts. HACOO up your packing game

Hacoo account restricted

Hacoo account restricted – has anyone managed to get it back?

Hi everyone! ❤️

My Hacoo account seems to be restricted, and I really need your help.

I can still log in to the app, but:

* Product links won’t open.
* I can’t place any orders.
* My bank card gets rejected with a card error.
* I haven’t received any email or notification explaining why.

The in-app AI customer service isn’t helping me at all.

Has anyone experienced the same problem and successfully restored their account? Did you contact a real customer service agent? How long did it take to fix the issue?

I’d really appreciate any advice, especially if you managed to get your account working again. Please let me know exactly what worked for you.

Hacoo and their Quality…

The quality of the shoes I ordered were really good. Although they were replicas. The expected time of arrival of the product was earlier than planned which was also a positive experience.
Overall I will say that Hacoo is a trustworthy site.

BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON! BE WARNED

I have used haccoo for a few years with no problems. I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes, k requested for the to be exchanged for the lesser size, it was declined. So I spoke to Haccoo customer services on what's app, I think it was AI, they advised me to ask for a refund as it was declined exchange. So I did, that got rejected and now it has totally blocked me from ordering. Even using my partner's phone so they must be able to track your house/WiFi. I am disgusted in their customer services as I did what was advised then they do this, they don't answer emails before they suggest this. I am not happy
