The pricing model confusing
Cookiebot works reliably and the support team was friendly and responsive. However, I found the pricing model confusing. My website currently has only 121 pages, but I was placed in the €30/month plan. While the explanation can be found in the pricing details, the page count limits are much more prominent than the domain-based pricing rule. Even support acknowledged that other customers have found this confusing. The product itself works well, but the pricing structure could be communicated more clearly.

Cookiebot is one of those rare companies that actually cares about their existing customers and non-customers. Because a none customer today maybe your current customer tomorrow. Cookiebot is responsive and professional in everyway. I was extremely pleased with the way my company and I were treated. I have no doubt as my company grows I will be needing the knowledge and experience Cookiebot brings to the table. And in today's day and age, those two traits are so valuable. There are a lot of wannabe companies that promise you the world but fall far short from their promises and your expectations. You can feel confident of what Cookiebot offers and what they'll deliver. I thought, as they are well known, using their platform would be easy. It has been a nightmare. Try signing up for their partner program, good luck, after 10 emails and even a call, they were not able to get it fixed. Now, just received an email with an invoice, even though I never actively selected a plan. They replied an invoice might come, even though my dashboard is not displaying any active plan. I deal with many tools, but this one, I'll NEVER use again.
I hope they go bankrupt asap.

Trial Period Experiences
I only used the tool during the trial period, and I can say that it’s very user-friendly and straightforward, and it’s suitable for a variety of needs.
Support is available only in English, which isn’t really a problem. However, they responded very quickly and were able to help me resolve the issue (ending the trial period).
If we ever switch our cookie provider, I would definitely consider using this tool again!
