I paid for a concert months before the event, and a few hours before the concert they emailed me that they coudn't provide the ticket. it was a nightmare

DON’T EVER BUY TICKETS FROM BILETWISE!
In February 2026 we bought 4 tickets to the football match between Fernacahce and Besiktas in Istanbul on April 5, 2026. We paid 1000 Euro for the tickets and received written approval of the purchase. The tickets would by transfered to us shortly before the match. We went to Istanbul from Denmark, waited by the stadium, but never got any tickets! The day after we received an e-mail with regrets and a promise of a refund. It never came!!
You cannot trust the company at all so don’t use them!

Bought two ticket to Lithuania v Great Britain Basketball game paid €238 for 2 ticket when I received them it turnout that those tickets cost €28 each and half of the game wasn’t even sold out. Even tickets at courtside were cheaper.

Horrendous experience, semi automated responses to emails seeking assistance after an error on my part. Very quick to inform me refunds not permitted which tells me they are very aware of the issues. Requested more than once for a telephone call back to help me navigate the transferring of tickets onto Turkish passo card.

Tried for over a week to resolve and gave up the day before galatasaray game due to stress after having a local spend over 2 hours with me trying to resolve and was unable to. Avoid this company at all costs!

Game at 4:45 on Sunday May 3rd 2026, delivery of the tickets...4:45. And they're happy they say that they delivered as expected. I had to buy another ticket on site (fortunately there were left), to be sure to attend and to see the atmosphere before game, teams entrance, etc... But Biletwise don't care. At all. Very bad experience. Not the fact that things go the wrong way, it happens to everyone in the world in our jobs, but to say that there's no problem and that it's like that.

Scam - wouldn’t even give them 1 star!

Bought tickets for Porto vs Alverca back in Feb 26 for a game in May 26, and bought our flights over from Manchester as we had tickets secured.

We bought the tickets for £50 each which seemed around the normal price for the other games we have watched around Europe.

We made our way to the ground, as it said tickets can be sent very close up to the event. We got no notification the tickets were cancelled only when we went onto Billtwise to check to see if we had the tickets we saw they were cancelled two hours before kick off!

We believe that as it was coming towards the final games and Porto could win the league that day, our ticket was resold on the website for a higher price than we paid. Now we have to wait 20 working days for a refund we don’t even think we will get!

Scammers, bought tickets 4 weeks ago for the Porto game. Told tickets would be received upto a couple hours before kick off then cancelled due to “listed at wrong price” this was due to Porto being able to win the league so prices increased so they will have resold at the higher amount and cancelled ours. Scammers

This site is totally unreliable. I had ordered and payed four tickets for the basketball game València- Panathinaikos on 09/04/2026. The tickets that delivered were not valid, but I had no refund.

Very disappointing experience.

The ticket I purchased was not delivered in a final, usable form in time for the event. What I initially received was not the actual admission ticket required for entry, but only a preliminary file that was not sufficient to access the venue.

A valid ticket is not just about being “authentic” in theory — it must be delivered in a complete and functional form, with enough time for the customer to verify and use it properly. In my case, this did not happen.

Customer support was also unhelpful. Despite multiple messages, they repeatedly sent copy-paste responses and refused to provide basic information such as exact delivery timestamps or proof that a fully usable ticket was made available before the event.

A service that delivers tickets at the last moment, without guaranteeing usability, puts the customer at serious risk.

I would strongly recommend being very cautious when using this platform.

scam of the earth. i wouldnt trust this company if there was no tickets. please stay away... i woudlnt even give them 0 stars. there service is a joke... no joke / 195€ taken.

We bought tickets for a Turkish football match, but they were never delivered, even though we had our Passo card ready. Communication with the platform was very slow, so we missed the game. Later, we saw photos of the stadium showing that our section was completely empty. It feels like we were ripped off.
Additionally, the ticket prices are up to seven times higher than what you would pay at the stadium.
I would not recommend using this platform.

we bought 2 tickets for red star basketball match vs Dubai for €300 !!! as it said arena sold out.
Despite asking them numerous times to send us the tickets once bought, they said we only get them a few hours before the match? Why? If the seller wants to genuinely sell them why not send them when the buyer (us) had paid?
So we got 2 Euroleague season tickets for an ABA game where tickets only cost around €28 and in a different arena - which were mit accepted by the security team at the entrance!!!
So we burnt €300 + we flew over to Belgrade as b‘day present for my son and just got ripped of by seller through biletwise who took €80 for the transaction !!!!
And I heard similar stories from local people for other events - where they double sold 400 tickets for a music concert.
Shameful that companies like that make money with scams and when flagged to Erdem and Yakub at biletwise they just said: ‚ it’s your problem that you did not use your ticket ‚!!!
Sure for the wrong venue and wrong league match at a price 5 times over its value (ABA tickets are around €28. seller charged us €150).
Stay clear of biletwise … too risky … rude customer service … rip off prices … no refunds… crazy high fees !!!

Purchased two tickets for Czechia v Ireland 3 months in advance, tickets 'cancelled' 1 hour before kickoff, they sent me an email in Czech saying they got cancelled, when I translated it the email was speaking about a game against Croatia the previous year, very dodgy, still haven't got my money back

I had an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience with Biletwise.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Olympiacos vs Fenerbahçe basketball game (Order ID: 00001771609660219691) for a total of 190.40 €.

The tickets were delivered only 2 hours before the event, and shockingly, they were issued under completely different names. Because of this, I was denied entry at the venue.

I was there with my son, who is a basketball player, and this was supposed to be a special and memorable experience for him. Instead, we were left outside the arena, dealing with confusion, stress, and disappointment. It was a very upsetting moment for both of us.

At the last minute, under pressure and stress, I had no choice but to buy new tickets just to avoid completely ruining the experience for my son.

I have contacted Biletwise twice requesting a full refund, but I have received no response for more than 4 days. This lack of responsibility and customer support is completely unacceptable.

Selling tickets with incorrect names and ignoring customers after payment shows a serious lack of reliability and professionalism.

I strongly warn others to be very careful when using this platform.

I am escalating this matter further.

I purchased rugby match tickets via Biletwise for the Ireland vs Scotland match on 14 March in Dublin.
The tickets were never delivered.
I travelled from Romania specifically for this event, including flights and accommodation, and was unable to attend the match due to their failure.
I had to initiate a chargeback to recover the ticket cost. I strongly advise against using this platform.

Biletwise listed the wrong venue/stadium, which tricked us into buying the tickets for a soccer-match (without refunding our money afterwards), because the fine print of their Terms & Conditions allows them to cheat at customers
("Event dates, venue, city, or country information listed on Biletwise may change or may be incorrectly entered into the system by mistake.")

I bought a ticket for the Galatasaray vs Juventus match from Biletwise and paid 300€. I went to the stadium and waited for the ticket, but they never sent it. Before the match they kept emailing me saying I would receive the ticket soon, but nothing arrived.

When the match started, they suddenly emailed me saying the ticket was not available anymore. I was already at the stadium and could not enter the match. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund.

This is a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend buying from Biletwise.
Shame on them, they should be happy i cant meet them.
I am trying to find them live.
