The sizing doesn’t meet expectations- though I accept I always struggle with bikini sizing due to my bigger bust.

The customer service team are great. They offered me a gift voucher instead of a return if I donated the item to a charity shop. I love that this brand is sustainable and extremely and promoting giving back.

I do like the material and how it is sewn, what I need as improvement is a bra clasp instead of having to bind it.

I liked the shopping experience. The sizing was confusing because it would say both cup size but then inch/cm measurements. Well I'm an XS in measurement, but a 32C in cup size. So you recommended that much larger. So that was confusing and I'm hoping the items fit. I've only received 1/4 of my order, so I'm still waiting arrival. I'm frustrating because tracking is in Chinese and I cannot actually track the shipment.

Love the bikini sets I’ve purchased so far. Color, quality and fit are great. Plus they arrive in a pretty bag and are delivered promptly. Tracking is tricky but customer service is really good.

I placed my order today, so I haven't received the product yet, but I can say right now that the bikinis are all wonderful, and the website is user-friendly and accessible to everyone!! I just wanted to make a suggestion... personally, I would love it if you offered higher-cut bikini bottoms.

I just bought these bikinis and I am absolutely in love with them. They are so beautiful, and the material is amazing—really high quality and feels great.

The quality and fit of the swimsuit was amazing! It exceeded my expectations! My only suggestion would be to add something that would the top roll a little bit less. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with my first order!

I have ordered a couple of times from Berlook and I have always been very happy with the productd and the customer satisfaction. I even had to return one item as it didn't fit me very well and they did their outmost best to help me get the swimsuit that fit me.

I placed my order on June 20. After waiting for over a week with no updates, I contacted customer support and was informed that several items in my order were actually out of stock/pre-order, although this was not clear when I placed the order.

Since then, I have received contradictory information from different representatives and multiple automatic acknowledgement emails instead of clear answers. I asked a simple question about whether my order would arrive before July 25, but it was never answered.

I was also offered partial shipment, but nothing has been shipped. My order status has remained unchanged since June 20.

I have now requested a refund for the unavailable items, but this request is also being ignored. The bikini designs are beautiful, but the customer service and communication have been extremely disappointing

The bikini I ordered is indeed of a very good quality, the textured material is very beautiful and it has a lining as well. The fit is true to size. The only drawback is a long shipping time (it took me 3 weeks to get it to Europe).

The shipping link doesn’t work. It takes me to a website that is not in English so I am unable to track my package. Next, the package has not been delivered? I don’t have the product, don’t know when it’s suppose to be here or if it’s been lost. This experience has not been good at all!
