I usually order large whiteboards for office spaces in Berlin. Despise the good prices, the delivery process is unreliable. The customer support is unable to give updates on when the delivery will happen or any tracking links. Very often the announced delivery dates are being postponed by weeks, making the entire process very exhausting an chaotic. Basically it takes longer than 6-8 weeks to have the products, even if the page says it will be delivered in 3-5 days. This happens just the same with all the orders I have placed.

Soft Scammers!

During checkout, it was not made clear at all that my payment had not gone through and that I had a 21-day deadline to pay later. For a €23 purchase, why would anyone intentionally choose to delay payment? I had ordered from them about a year ago, so I naturally assumed my payment method was still valid. If it was missing, broken, or deleted, they should have clearly informed me instead of silently proceeding with the order.

The biggest issue is that the first payment reminder was sent only after a €3 penalty had already been added — meaning it was already too late. On top of that, the reminder included the phrase: "If you have already made your payment, please disregard this payment reminder," which is confusing and misleading in this situation.

Because of this unclear process, I overlooked the invoice email, assuming everything had already been paid. Within just two weeks, I ended up paying €5 in penalties for a €23 invoice.

Overall, this process feels misleading, poorly communicated, and unfair to customers.
The whole process gives the impression that customers are being steered toward incurring penalties.

Online Shop offered payment after invoice. Then it was changed to prepayment then after 2 more days the order was cancelled supposedly no stock. All that short before christmas. No I have to run after my money. Awful performance

I’m a big fan of Böttcher AG, the price and the services are really satisfied.:)

Poor shop. They sent me an outdated Hard Disk, that I had to return. They withhold my money and delayed my refund without a reason.

Truly honestly speaking without any discrimination if there was less than one star, I will definitely do so I have written twice to Customer Service ask them about the origin the manufacturing of the order number A25000203170 and after I waste my time waiting for the order four days later I received the order completely different of the one I have originally ordered after repeated emails and even phone calls confirming my request they sent me a wrong order and no apology at all nothing they didn’t find any solution. They could not satisfy me on anyways never again. I have twice ordered from this company and this is a complete disaster. I totally do not advise to order from this website complete misleading and lies very disappointed. 
I was asked to add some more words to this review. I have nothing else to add. Decide I have written three times asking them about the origin of the product they get back to me with the origin made in Japan when I receive the article it was made in the UK which I was not interested they should have been precise in the beginning And not wasting their time in my time in that order.

A very good store. They are the best.

Ordered twice here already.
Both times the product got shipped asap and was working in the expected condition.
But they are unable/or don't want to match prices if you see the product elsewhere cheaper within the revocation time, they rather want you to send the product back. Not too happy about that service

I have paid for delivery to my house but instead they delivered to parcel shop. I can't pick up from there. The company declined to refund for the shipping. So not reliable at all. Will never order from them anymore

Delivers their own fake products instead of original ones.

Canceled my order after 4 days without any notification. Only notification i got is from paypal that my money has been refunded

Everything was fine in a long-standing customer relationship up to the day when the carrier - picked and paid by Böttcher - did not deliver the product.
Customer service started friendly and seemed helpful when asking me to issue a declaration of an oath that I never received the product, which I did as an admitted attorney. Then though suddenly they decided that they cannot do anything further at all, is the carrier claimed that delivery took place… Despite many explanations from my side that it was not me who picked the carrier and that a declaration of an oath as an attorney should be sufficient to provide them with a claim against the carrier they simply decided not to do anything about it and let me down completely with a product I paid but never received…..

Absolutely useless customer service, placed an order on Friday, have purchased before so have a business account already. They offered a pay on invoice option which we accepted. Without notice they changed the terms without telling us so on monday when nothing arrived we called them.

The agent was rude and arrogant and initially refused to help, eventually we discovered that they wanted us to pay upfront, we did and they sent us an invoice made out to a completely different company, called again they refused to change the invoice unless we cancel the order and replace it. At that point we just cancelled and found another supplier.

These companies wonder why day by day they are losing customers - well anecdotally my recent experience is why. I'll never buy from them again and I highly recommend you don't either.
