It's good to be rewarded, however they process is quite convoluted. I'm very pleased with Lebara all my family have now switched over away from O2 and enjoying great service and saving.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I was a customer or virgin and introduced my daughter when she got her first home. There was a £50 incentive for each of us. I was paid within days to this day that have never paid her from December last year. Got sick of calling and messaging them in the end . Avoid at all cost
